About this lesson

A quick reminder of something that often comes up in coaching conversations. We often get frustrated by the things that are outside of our control. Markets shift. Teams change. Decisions get made above or around us. But in coaching conversations, I often return to a simple reminder: There are two things we always control. • Our attitude • Our effort That is it. When things aren’t unfolding the way we hoped, the most productive question isn’t “Why is this happening?” It’s: Which of these two levers can I adjust right now? Focus on these two areas and notice how your mood shifts. Something to think about today. #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #leadershiptraining #leadershipcoaching #executives #executivecoaching #executivetraining #executivedevelopment #management #managementtraining #managementdevelopment #managers #team #teamalignment
