well I think it's important to say that I think you mentioned it before we had this um archetypical view of the perfect leader and I don't think that perfect leader exists actually I've coached so many managers and leaders and you see really good traits in one person and another really good set of traits in another person and it's very rare to have nobody's perfect and and and nobody's perfect at leading either some people are overly assertive and they need to tone down a little bit other people they don't they don't they lack assertiveness and they need to dial it up a bit so I think because I work individually with people so it's all about meeting them where they are at but I would say some of the common traits is the emotional intelligence I love that because this is not just about task orientation and pushing things through it's about leading through others we don't lead through a task we lead through others that's leadership
