A fun song for learning the word "because". (A special request from a teacher friend here on YouTube.) Use it for a fun writing activity too. "I like _______ because______." or I like it because ______. Make a book or poster. Use it after a language experience activity. I've found that teaching the sight word songs, chants and cheers during morning message worked best in my classroom. My students loved practicing the song, chant or cheer when they read the word in the morning message. We also loved getting up and moving to each song, chant or cheer.
