This is the Second course of “Project – Monitoring and Control” specialization program. The course, titled "Project planning and execution management," is designed to provide a thorough exploration of Quality and EHS management, Procurement & Subcontract management, Communication & Stakeholder Management, Project Monitoring & Control.
This course covers key areas essential for successful project delivery. Leaners will delve into the principles of Quality Management, focusing on processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes. You will gain insights into procurement planning, sourcing, and supplier management. The Leaners will explore strategies for managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining transparent and efficient communication channels throughout the project lifecycle. They will also learn the tools and techniques to track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Finally you will learn the Key performance indicators, earned value analysis, and risk management strategies will be explored to ensure that projects stay on course and within budget.
The course concludes with case studies and practical applications applying to the learned concepts. The leaners are assessed through quizzes and assignments. Upon successful completion, participants receive certification, validating their comprehensive understanding of project monitoring and control.
