Looks like the Michelle's got that issue. For anybody else? If not, Michelle, just scratch out. It looks like most For this one? So, it's this? That's fine, but is this this this this? I don't like that. Cuz I like I like to I like to like move. All right, you allowed me for the next one. All right, everybody, let's get into it. Aaron, what do you got? This question is from Chandler. I'm a 26-year-old Chandler? Like from Friends? Yeah. Could be. All right. Um, I'm a 26-year-old entrepreneur and recent college grad. Throughout school >> Hold on real quick. Everybody hearing Aaron as well cuz I don't have my mic. I want to make sure everybody can hear it. Everybody hearing, uh, Aaron on her question. Beautiful. Go ahead, Aaron. Okay, I'm a 26-year-old entrepreneur and recent college grad. Throughout school, I built my own business and kept a side hustle to pay my way through college. Now that I'm entering the job market, I'm realizing employers don't always value that kind of experience because my resume isn't traditional. After years of you preaching hustle and self-starting, how can someone like me translate grind into real professional growth or career opportunities? Um, I was yelling at Ribs to close the door. So, he's saying that because he was doing a lot of side hustles and businesses and entrepreneur stuff, that he feels his resume is thin to get a job now. Yeah, it's not traditional. Who gives a [ __ ] Chandler, how many [ __ ] jobs have you applied to? VaynerMedia I don't even know if VaynerMedia looks at resumes. I sure don't. I hire like SVPs and VPs. I did two interviews yesterday, by the way, at the airport. Literally, these are three to $700,000 a year jobs. I have no clue which where any candidate worked or what college they went to. Rips and I are the two smartest people at VFriends. He skipped college. I went to Mount Ida. Bro, how many [ __ ] people did you interview with? Like, if if I Here's the thing. I'm going to give you guys some real [ __ ] tea this morning. Number one, um is Zoom's crashing for people? Are Are people able to get into uh Zoom or is Did just so many people go in and it's crashing? Just curious. I saw one person say something. But, let me give you the real tea. Uh Zoom's working, okay. Let me give you the real tea. Judge Let me give you the greatest advice in life. Judge the judger. Sid, listen, you need to hear this. Judge the judger. That is the greatest piece of advice of all time. Think about what this kid's saying. He's 26. He's modern. He's like a grinder. All the good stuff. And now he's sad because traditional businesses aren't taking him or don't think it's a good enough resume. [ __ ] Chandler, you don't Let me roast you right now. YOU DON'T WANT THAT JOB, BRO. YOU DON'T WANT THE JOB THAT'S JUDGING you for being contemporary. You don't want the girl that doesn't want you because you don't have enough money. You don't want the guy who's just looking at the aesthetics. You don't want You don't want You don't want the people that are judging the wrong [ __ ] Judge the judger. And then if that judger is great, take their feedback heavily. That's why I wanted Sid to pay attention. Sid, take my feedback heavily cuz you now know me. And you know when I'm giving feedback that it's valuable. I value my mom's feedback. I value people that have done certain things that I admire in a way that is admirable. The [ __ ] is Chandler worried about a [ __ ] conservative job that's built from yesterday not taking him. And you know what the funniest part is, Erin? I don't think Chandler applied to that many jobs. That's the other thing that's got me all [ __ ] up. People have made Here's another [ __ ] gem. I'm on fire I You know what? The office might be the right place. I feel like I'm cozy here. Like none of like Ripsy's residue. Like this my THIS IS MY PLACE. HERE'S ANOTHER ONE. Like I think I actually forgot it because of the Ripsy's residue. Was it judge the judger? God damn it. But I Oh, thank you. Three jobs. You know what, Sid? Now I know why you're here. People have made fun This is huge. Another good one. I'm excited. I can see You can see I'm smiling. People have made unlimited ironclad decisions based on two to three pieces of feedback. This dude got three no's. Maybe 50, by the way. By the way, I know it's not 50, and 50's nothing. He got 50 no's and just decides people forget people decide like, "Oh, three people didn't buy my comic book." And they're like, "Well, I shouldn't sell comic books." Three girls didn't like take like didn't want to go on a date with me. Oh, I'm not like good. Like you know, uh I did a Whatnot show and only sold $6 like twice. Oh, like it's not for me. Oh, here's my favorite one. I've posted 16 times on Instagram and I haven't gone viral. The algorithm's [ __ ] or I suck. People [ __ ] take no data and make definitive forever lifetime decisions. Got it? I need like 76 trillions like no's in a row before I'm like, "Damn, maybe I I need 76 trillion reps. Actually, 67 67 tr- I need 67 trillion no's in a row before I'm like, "Mm, maybe maybe I'm not built for this." People out here [ __ ] giving up. People out here like not even playing baseball. Court. People like get one strike and they're like, "Ah." They go back to the bench and sit down and [ __ ] pout. Let alone three. Oh, I have a guest here. Ro, what's good? Oh, Ro's gone. Next. Aaron, what do you got? Okay, this question is from Joseph. Joseph. My theory is that AI content that replaces creative work that is supposed to evoke emotion or inspiration is going to fall flat in really connecting with audiences. There's part of me that believes consumers are going to say things like, "I just don't connect with that brand anymore because there's no human on the other side of the content to connect with in terms of the content creator." Your thoughts? I think you're [ __ ] spooling yourself because you're worried about it. Aaron, they're not going to be able to tell if it's a real person or not. The AI's [ __ ] coming. The AI's [ __ ] coming. I don't know what else to tell you. It's here. Like it's we're going to have to adjust to this. Like this is like somebody saying like oh this new tractor trailer, excuse me, the new tractor for farms. This is 1850, the tractor's invented. And everyone's like like everybody works on a farm and they're like all the farmers are like no no we're not going to like the tractor like like the machine is going to like [ __ ] up the soil. Bro, it's here. It's here. And by the way, I do think it will be both. I need everyone to understand and it's and. You know what I mean? It's and. People will absolutely value the AI stuff because they won't know. But I also think that it's going to be a place where the human part will also have value and we will like both. And it's like the world is now. We like the phone and being in the phone all day and we also like unplugging from the phone and going to take a hike or hang out with our friends. Like it's going to be and. But AI is here and if you think like people are like oh that's an AI person, I'm not connecting with that cuz it's a person, [ __ ] connecting with only fan girls that are AI right now. Sid. You know, so I don't know what I don't know I'm not saying Sid is using I'm saying that please do not live in delusion where people are just like oh you know like I just don't understand what people are thinking like it's here. Stop trying to come up with excuses. Don't go on some weird ideology and understand we're [ __ ] here and we'll get through this and people will adjust and will people lose their jobs? People are losing their jobs right now. Is anyone paying attention? UPS massive layoffs, Target massive layoffs, Amazon massive layoffs and by the way, white collar. That's why this one's going to hurt. Nobody was crying when it's like like the entry level, you know, when we were like robots are going to you know, service at McDonald's. I didn't see all the white collar people crying for the $18 an hour, $9 an hour, $15 an hour employees like, oh, no problem. All of a sudden AI's coming for that 300k [ __ ] manager and all of a sudden it's a problem. Oh, oh. Oh, now now it's a problem. [ __ ] it's war out here. The [ __ ] do you think this is? It's called business. It's [ __ ] war. The [ __ ] do you think these [ __ ] bags under my eye are from? You think it's cuz I'm chilling and drinking pina coladas in Jamaica? It's [ __ ] war out here. Business. Nobody owes you [ __ ] Figure it the [ __ ] out. [ __ ] I'm up late at night last night at 11:30 thinking about the things VaynerMedia has to do to compete with AI that makes content for nothing in a world where I make most of my money making content. This shit's coming. The [ __ ] are you doing? You know, like So, you know, you know it's coming. Adjust. If you're a designer at an agency or a company and you don't have ideas, you're entry level. You're not an ideas person. You're a mason, not an architect. So, Erin's my boss. She comes to me, she's like, make a blue bird [ __ ] uh from a mountain pooping and saying that felt good. Make that. If that's what I do for a living, I'm like, yes, ma'am. And I start making that for 2 hours in Photoshop, I'm in trouble. Cuz everyone's going to [ __ ] prompt that. So, I don't know. I just I highly recommend One more time, read what he said. Um Okay, my theory is that AI content that replaces creative work that is supposed to evoke emotion or inspiration is going to fall flat. >> Yeah, stop. No, you're wrong. You're 100% wrong. And you guys know me, I don't do that what I just did. You're 100,000 billion trillion percent wrong. People paying AI AI [ __ ] girls on OnlyFans are making trillions. Let me ask you a question, what the [ __ ] do you think AI girls are doing? They're evoking emotion and directions. Rips, you can't get an erection without emotion. Rips, you can't. Can you get an erection without emotion, Courtney? No, right? I mean, I don't know. I'm not a [ __ ] doctor or scientist, but I have a funny feeling you can't. Like, it's you know, look look What are we in [ __ ] junior high? We're grown-ups in here. I said erection, I didn't say boner. You didn't need to laugh. I used a [ __ ] medical term. Can we be grown-ups in here? [ __ ] you guys. Next question. Rob Rob All right. We're going to try to get somebody on here. All right, In- Instagram, you need to come here. garyvee.com/whatnot. Who's here from Instagram? Who's here from Instagram first time? Oh, okay, let's ask Aaron next question. Okay, question from Matt. I'm >> Oh. Oh. There we go. Row. My man, can you hear me? I always love trying new things. Every time we try new Bro, CAN YOU HEAR ME? ROB, can you hear me? Go ahead, brother. First of all, Rob, great hat. As a matter of fact, this gives me my first Can we sell some of these? We can? All right, everybody, I'm showing you commerce-tainment. This is obviously an entertainment show, but because I'm on Whatnot, and obviously Twitch just added shopping, I expect every platform to do this, I'm able to sell this hat that's red hot, as you can see on E on eBay. This Yeah, no, I know who he is. You don't think I know who the tall family is? Ribs, come on. All right. Ribs, what are these, 70 bucks? But we can flash sell it? 70, we're going to flash sell it 20 No, I can't do 20% off. That goes below what we normally sold it for for 55. Actually, run it Is it 55? Okay, run it back at 55. I know a lot of you have been DMing me about this notorious hat. I'm going to actually allow you to buy it right now. All right, Rob, go ahead. Rob, can you talk because I want to make sure your audience can hear you. Can you guys hear Rob? Oh, no, he They can't hear him on Whatnot. Yeah, no worries. Okay, thank you for the eight zillion no's. Let us We're working with new tech here. We're going to figure something out. Only 34 left? Put 25 up. Put them in the store. Pin it now. Uh Aaron, we're going to go back to you. Rob, we're going to work on this. Okay. Uh this question is uh okay. Question from Matt. I'm 34. Been stuck in entry-level sales roles since entering the workforce after working for my father growing up since I was 14. I feel like I have no skills, no current direction, and have failed hard at starting two businesses post-COVID. Where do I start? I can't [ __ ] stand where I'm at now, knowing I haven't contributed anything of importance in my life yet. Appreciate your brutal honesty. Okay, but first of all, that last part [ __ ] pisses me off. Can everybody hear me and Aaron? Everybody heard that? Everybody heard that? Thank you. I literally believe that I posted this morning my Insta- Everybody go look at my Instagram post right now. I literally believe my Instagram post right now. Literally that I just posted was do not believe the voices in your head that are negative. Somebody put that in you. Your voice is not that voice. The dude just Read that last two lines. I hate that. I can't [ __ ] stand where I'm at now knowing I haven't contributed anything of importance in my life. >> That's the stupidest [ __ ] I've ever heard in my life. You want brutal honesty? You're a [ __ ] dick face to feel that way about yourself. What the [ __ ] are you talking about? He's 34? You're a [ __ ] kid. You're a [ __ ] child. You're [ __ ] 30 What do you mean? If you've If you've smiled at a person in an airport where you walked by them and you made them feel good, you contributed more than someone who's made a million dollars of economic impact and has never been kind to anyone. How about that? How about real life? How about we [ __ ] get out of this [ __ ] [ __ ] materialistic [ __ ] scorecard of life? Okay? I'm just I am rolling. Like [ __ ] I figured it out in school while all you [ __ ] thought you had to get straight A's. I said, "Fuck you in 1985 and said I'm getting D's and F's. What the [ __ ] are you going to do about it, Mr. Burgess?" Big shoutout to Mr. Burgess, my favorite fifth grade teacher. Like get the [ __ ] out of this game. All of you are stuck in the same game that you were in [ __ ] middle school, grammar school, and high school. Your bank account, your [ __ ] bank account, your [ __ ] follower count has no [ __ ] indication of who the [ __ ] you are in life. What the [ __ ] the matter with you people? Your [ __ ] bank account, your [ __ ] follower count, your [ __ ] view count has no impact on who the [ __ ] you are as a human. You think somebody with a Mercedes and a Louis Vuitton bag is better than you? The [ __ ] a matter with you? You haven't contributed anything. What the [ __ ] are you talking about? What are we doing out here? Enough. Listen, I love being an entrepreneur. I love business. But I love the game, not the stuff. We are [ __ ] cooked out here. People are [ __ ] lost. What are you guys doing? Why do you need this? What are you trying to do? I love when people when I'm on this kind of rant be like, "No, no, Gary, you don't get a I'm not trying to get a Mercedes or a [ __ ] Louis bag. I'm just trying to live out here." Everybody can live out here. If you make 35,000 a year, you can live out here. Live humbly. Court. I know unlimited people. Like Like I don't think I don't understand. Like You know, like I I'm I think people are confused. I don't know. I don't know why we got into this place where it's all about materialistic and status, keeping up with the Joneses and like and oh, it's social media. It's not social media. It's bad parenting. It's bad conversations. It's people not listening to the right thing. Please, everyone. Please. Like let's let's let's go back to 1950. Like let's let's put cordialness on a pedestal. Let's put Let's put like respect and honor [ __ ] a day's hard work. Man, what do you mean you haven't [ __ ] contributed? That's a crazy thought, brother. First of all, you worked for your father. You contributed a ton. you tried to help your family. The thing I'm [ __ ] most The thing I'm [ __ ] Sophia, private equity is ruining working people's lives. It's not true, Sophia. You're reading headlines about people buying up houses. This is It's not true. You thinking you need to own a house when it's not the best investment in the world is like how about that? How about not How about How about the things we believe in that aren't true? You all [ __ ] grew up, you thought that you had to go to college to be successful. Did that end up being true? Sophia, people believing headlines is what's [ __ ] people up. Every [ __ ] Gen Z person thinking that like Gen Z's [ __ ] cuz of boomers. No [ __ ] boomer stopping you from making $14 million a year on [ __ ] Twitch. No [ __ ] boomer stopped IShowSpeed. I don't see a boomer who stopped Jimmy Beast. I don't see the [ __ ] boomer that told Kai he couldn't. There's millions of people doing things out here. What the [ __ ] are we talking about? And why are you putting you into groups? You're not a Gen Z'er. You're not even a guy or a girl. You're not even a uh uh uh white or Asian or You're you. You're You're [ __ ] Adam Rips. Yes, I understand you're a white dude, but why are we jumping into all these [ __ ] groups so that we can hate and then feel hate? I'm [ __ ] Gary Vaynerchuk. [ __ ] you. How about that? I don't believe you. I don't believe any of you that are spitting negativity. How about that? How about I don't [ __ ] believe you? How about I do not believe you? I believe it's good. I believe there's opportunity. Oh, Gary, that's because [ __ ] that I'm here because I believed it. What, you don't think there was [ __ ] anxiety in [ __ ] '94? We just didn't talk about it. You don't think there was suicide? There There suicide in 1967. It's that when a kid committed suicide, people said he was sick. Families lied. There was shame. You don't think people went to therapy? They lied. I need the I need the clicker for the chat. Come on, man. No, bro. 911 Octane, you're in a bubble. No, bro. You're in a bubble. How about that, 911 Octane on YouTube? You're in a bubble. Uh bro, I'm not in a [ __ ] bubble. I'm in every [ __ ] pocket. You understand? The mic situation's a little bit of a an issue, I think, for a lot of people, cuz I'm staying right in pocket. Anyway, listen. You can believe your negativity. You can believe your positivity. Life is how you see it. You want to say I'm in a bubble and I don't get it? Mazel tov. I [ __ ] spend 10 hours a [ __ ] week, sometimes 10 hours a day, consuming unlimited data sets. [ __ ] I'm in it. I'm in it. I'm [ __ ] in it. I came from it. I'm in it. I've been in the dirt. I've been in the [ __ ] penthouse. I've been to the left. I've been to the right. I've been in every place in the [ __ ] world. Period. You want to believe in negativity? Knock yourself out. You're not my [ __ ] sister. I don't give a [ __ ] about that. I care I really I care the most about 8.3 billion and I care nothing about it cuz I can't control you. You come here in the morning, watch me, and tell me I'm in a bubble? What am I going to do? I just need people to understand they can. I get it, 911 Octane. I spend 80 hours a week at a work bubble, boy. Me, too. More. 80 soft. So what? Bro, you could do this, Octane. You could [ __ ] do this. Listen to me, all of you can do this. Oh, what are hats in there? Oh, I don't get to see it because you guys got me on the projector, not on the whatnot. So I I miss some of those nuances. Got it. Anyway, I want this so bad for all of you. I want this so bad for all of you. I want this so bad for all of you. But I need you to see it. And so you know, I hope people see it. The fact that this kid thinks he's contributing nothing at 34, that's the problem. Our scorecards are off. Our scorecards are off. Our scorecards are off. I really As someone who has 55 million followers, I wish following count was hidden by platform. But honestly, I'm not even putting this on platform. Like I wish just cuz people are so soft today, you know, but you know, thank you so much, Eddie. Thank you for being here for the first time. Thank you. Um our scorecards are off. We got way too materialistic. Nobody else's happiness is coming out of yours. Nobody's ruining [ __ ] People been ruining [ __ ] from the beginning. People like boomers as somebody said, private equity's ruining [ __ ] Your mama's ruining your [ __ ] How about that? Your mom ruined your [ __ ] Your dad ruined your [ __ ] The [ __ ] are you worried about the government and [ __ ] private equity and venture capital and whatever you're going to blame next? Like we got governments all the way to the left. Ask Venezuela if they like what their government did. Uh you know, ask, you know, like ask. Like I don't know, man. People blaming [ __ ] for no [ __ ] reason. You were capable. You know, you were [ __ ] capable. Whether your mom or dad, private equity, or Venezuela [ __ ] you up, guess what? You're capable. How about that? How about you're [ __ ] capable? How about that [ __ ] How about you can do it? How about you can do it? The algorithm [ __ ] you up delete If you're like, "Oh, but Gary, you don't get it. The algorithm [ __ ] me up." Oh, the algorithm [ __ ] you up? Court, the algorithm [ __ ] you up? Delete it. Court, are you Court, are you able to delete Instagram off your phone? Good. We're not living in [ __ ] North Korea. Like We're not living where I was born. I was born in communist Soviet Russia. They might have made me keep the app on my phone and I wouldn't be able to. They'd put my ass in jail. You are capable. You are capable. You don't believe in something, get the [ __ ] out. You don't believe in TikTok, delete it. You don't believe in America, move. Portugal will take you. Portugal's [ __ ] awesome. You like that one? It's [ __ ] Portugal's nice. [ __ ] man. Always blaming. Blaming ass [ __ ] [ __ ] Do not be a blame ass [ __ ] It's better to be an accountable ant. Be friends. All right. All right, Rob, we're going to try. There was someone in chat who asked, "How can I learn new technology at 49?" At 49, you can go download chat GPT and ask any question you want and it will tell you the answer. So, if you're 49, you download something called chat GPT and you ask any question you want about new technology and it will tell you. How do I use AI for my lawn gardening business? How do I start using AI to do design work because right now I use Canva and Adobe and I want to learn. Like, what are we talking about? And by the way, people are like, "How do I do it?" H G H or H G Boss has come to Portugal. I can help people relocate. You can DM him right now in the One Not chat and help you like everything's available. Ethan Waller says, "How do I win a sports bet?" BY NOT BETTING. WE'RE HOT TONIGHT. WE'RE [ __ ] HOT TONIGHT, ROB. REAL QUICK, ROB, BECAUSE I LOVE IT, BUT I just want to make sure, can we hear him? No, we cannot. Rob, you're out again. See you, brother. See you. Peace. We'll We'll get you back soon. All right, go ahead, Erin. Okay, this question is from >> I love new shows. I love when you try new sh- I love trying new [ __ ] I know you're all frustrated, Sid, but it's all going to be fine. It's a brand new show. It's not working. They can't [ __ ] hear him. Is there something on the One Not setting, I guess. All right, next? Um this question is from Jennifer. Jennifer. When your product is yourself, how do you balance the need to push constant content and the need to have some space for yourself to just be you and not the product? I could see three initial downsides. I get sick of seeing/hearing myself, close friends/family get sick of seeing/hearing myself, or I get pulled into an unhealthy narcissism. Um it's a very simple question. You just But it's very hard to achieve, which is you need to just be in it with yourself. Like you're not Like narcissism like I don't think people understand narcissism. Let's start with that. I do not believe people understand it. Putting out content every day, what's your intent? Are you me, me, me? Or are you we, we, we? Right? Like what am I doing right now? I'm trying to provide a show for free, by the way, that I hope brings people a lot of value. Why would I feel bad about that? And why the [ __ ] would I care if my family My family can consume or not consume me as much as they want. Go find AJ Sid real quick. Watch this. We're going to find AJ. AJ. Find AJ. And then getting sick of yourself, why? And by the way, if you're sick of yourself, don't post. This goes back to like you're in full control, my friends. The number one thing that will change everyone's life is understanding they're in full control. Full control. You are in full control. No one has control over you. Not your boss, not your government, not your mayor, not your [ __ ] governor, not your president, not your mama, not your daddy, not your wife, not your husband, not your birth you know, your your What's his name again? Boyfriend, girlfriend, like you are 100% in control. You just are. So, you know, you know, like that's it. Like it's really easy. AJ Please take this mic and answer us the following Oh, Aaron, beautiful. Right, take take this, AJ. AJ AJ AJ, come in here real quickly. Show it on the screen. This is my brother, AJ. He's in my family. AJ Yeah. Do you consume all of my content that I post on social media? I do not. Do you consume any of it? Yeah. How much? Real answer. 10 to 15%. Great. Thank you, AJ. You're welcome. What was the punchline there? Punchline's like I you know, if I post a lot, I'm worried that my family will get sick of me. Your family's in control of what they consume. If AJ wants to consume me, great. If he doesn't, great. Am I offended by 10 or 15%? Absolutely not. I'm thrilled. You know, Connor Stiller says, "Gary, what's it feel like being 5'4"? Have no idea, cuz I'm not 5'4, [ __ ] 5'8 and a half in your [ __ ] dick. What, [ __ ] How tall are you, Connor? [ __ ] Just kidding. I love you, Con. All All let's keep it going. Uh YoShot says, "What happened to the NFT things you used to do?" It's [ __ ] crushing. It's called VFriends. I'm completely dominating. I'm building the next Pokémon right in everybody's face, and my NFTs are [ __ ] doing incredibly well considering the market's incredibly soft. So, I [ __ ] love it. I'm building it. The Notorious Ninja. Uh, to the person that asked, Notorious Ninja, your your grandkids are going to be wearing a Notorious Ninja [ __ ] hoodie, and you're going to [ __ ] be like, "That [ __ ] Gary Vee got me." You know why? Cuz I'm not going to [ __ ] lose. You know why? Cuz I don't give up. You know why? Cuz I'm [ __ ] talented. You know why? Because I [ __ ] work. You know why? Cuz I've been doing it. Love it. All right, we're giving away this uh, Notorious Ninja signed comic book right now for free. For free. Giving it away right now. Yeah, and by the way, there's nothing wrong with 5'4, 5'2, 5'1. I got a great friend who's 4'11, [ __ ] dominating. [ __ ] hooking up with baddies and making paper. 4'11. It's just true. It's just true. All right, this is live. Giving it away, giving it away, giving it away. Yeah. Yeah, how tall is Russ? Russ is definitely in that 5'4 inch. Killing it. All right, let's keep it going. Okay, question from Dermot. Yep. >> Hi Gary, I stayed at my company too long. Promises never materialized, and then the company split, and I've basically been demoted back to a role I hated. I've had a breakdown and feel unable to seek another job. It's pretty bad. What the [ __ ] do I do? What's the last part? I have had a breakdown, what? I had a breakdown and I feel unable to seek another job. Have a break up. Come up, boy. What do you mean you had a little loss? Like Like what? A business lied to you? What's this person's name? Dermot. Dermot, you're a gangster. Get over it. You got this, DERMOT. BRO, YOU GOT THIS. DERMOT, YOU GOT WHAT YOU GOT THIS. People are asking where they can buy the comic. What, are these 35 bucks a pack? All right, 35 bucks a pack, pin it. Rips, I know a lot of you want to buy a Ninja comic. There's a pack you can actually get a very expensive comic because there's rare ones. Pin it. But, back to the question, will Pin It in store. But, you know, like Dermot, you got this. Like, yeah, bro, I'm pissed, too. Like, I'm sad. I'm sad that the business did that to you, but you did it to yourself, too. Like, meaning like you picked that job. You believed them. Like, it happens. Why did you have a breakdown? Cuz you Here's why. Expectations [ __ ] people up. This is We're getting nitty-gritty this morning. You want something big? Get the [ __ ] out of the expectations business. Sid, do you know why I'm so happy? I expect nothing from nobody, ever. You know that You know me very well. Nothing In fact, it's insane. Like, it's a flaw. I actually am not By the way, I don't even think I have it I need to like actually fix it a little bit. But, but having no expectations from anybody, ever, ironically makes me happy. There's some people that heard that they're like, "Yeah, me, too." But, they're a cynical, [ __ ] negative, dark [ __ ] Rips, do not be a cynical, negative, dark [ __ ] Do not Rips, I'm very worried about the It's very important that you do not become a cynical, negative, dark [ __ ] As a matter of fact, Rips, we're going to make a bad guy in VFriends called the cynical, negative, dark [ __ ] That's going to be a V friend and a half. What The reason that per- Kermit got caught is he had expectations. Well, Gary, how do you not have expectations when someone tells you that they're going to by not having an expectation by not believing like by by understanding that something might change. [ __ ] changes. 305 Comics Miami, good to see you, brother. Thank you for being here. Like, I don't know. Like We're having a good morning. We're getting to the nitty-gritty this morning. Is Is anybody having a breakthrough this morning? Let me know in the whatnot. Let me know if you're having a It's so funny. Somebody said Rips is Gary's punching bag. Black dub, the reverse. Rips is my my [ __ ] son. I [ __ ] love him with all my heart. We're having breakthroughs this morning. Can somebody fix the chat? Um I need the chat. Uh All right, let's keep it going. Okay, this question is from Angeli. I turn CEOs and coaches to creators by building their personal brand to help to grow their business. I also help them use AI in the process. I'm currently focusing on coaching and digital products. My question is you mentioned that live streams is the biggest trend. How do you recommend me to scale digital product sales using live streams? Go live. Go live. Say, this is what I'm selling. Are you interested? And see how it sells. What you'll learn is you want to probably provide more value. I need the chat fixed, Sid, on Whatnot. Courtney or Chris or someone. Um you go live and you learn. But live stream is incredible. Obviously, there's a Twitch and the Kick crew that's like living kind of Truman Show. Then there's what I'm doing right now. I'm live. I'm live. I'm providing value. And then also, I might have sold some hats. Did anybody buy a hat? Rips, did we sell some? What's that? Oh, they sold out in 30 seconds? Oh, [ __ ] All right, let's sell some stickers, then. Everybody, manga stickers. You can get a Steph Curry. Uh these boxes are incredible. They're at 120. We're going to do 20% off flash sale, Rips, for If you want to get into VFriends, my Pokémon, my Marvel. No, no, let's I don't want to go through all that cuz I just want to keep doing the show. OH, GIVEAWAY WINNER? MONICA STR. MONICA. YEAH, MONICA. BY THE WAY, INSTAGRAM, you could not win this cuz you're not on Whatnot. Everybody else on social, get over to GaryVee.com/whatnot. Um all right, that's beautiful. Uh let's put up 25 boxes, 120 bucks, 20% off flash sale for 2 minutes. Which will make it 96 bucks, by the way. One of the scariest prices I've ever put. All right, next question, Aaron. All right, Jake. Let's try one more time. Jake. The Snake Roberts. Jake the Snake, are you here? Okay. I like all these new technologies. Aaron, get ready cuz I'm about Jake the Snake. Jake the Snake, are you here? I can hear I can hear you and I can see you. Let's see if everybody can hear you. Jake, say something. Guys, can you hear Jake? Nope. All right, see you, Jake. Love you. Jake, actually real quick, for my own knowledge, did anybody Oh. All right, Jake, you can say this in the chat. We got to fix the chat on Whatnot. Uh Oh, I can hear you, Jake. Jake, did anybody call you Jake the Snake growing up? I love it. All right, brother, we'll try to get you back on. Jake the Snake. Jake from State Farm. Yeah, the youngsters got that. All right. Aaron, back to you. Okay. This question >> Uh from Dumitrita, it sometimes feel like feels like everyone on LinkedIn is already an expert. What kind of content would you recommend for young professionals like me who want to grow a niche tech freelance business targeting large corporations, but don't yet feel fully legitimate or experienced enough to share advice with others? Don't share advice if you don't have advice, share the journey. Think about what I did. I [ __ ] came out. What did I do? I didn't share advice, I shared wine knowledge cuz I had wine knowledge. She can [ __ ] put out content about what it's like to be a young professional growing up in the game. You know who can't do that? SID. SID CANNOT DO THAT. I MEAN, HE COULD actually cuz Sid still young enough and he probably remembers. I can't. I'm getting up there. I'm 50 in 2 weeks. Guys, I'm 50 in 2 weeks. Rips. 50. Are the super stickers in the store? All right, list it Rips. Pin it. Ooh, nice. There they are. There's only 11? What happened? They're going to all sell really fast now, Rips. Why did you do that? No, but Rips, see like we have a whole thing here. Look, it's sold out. [ __ ] Rips. Who got their first [ __ ] sticker box and who's going to get a Steph Curry auto? Who just bought their first sticker box? Not the OGB friends. Who was new and got their first ever sticker box? Say got my first. Um all right, go ahead. Rips, you can listen to another whatever you want. That one too fast. Rips. All right, go ahead, Aaron. Okay, a question from Artemis. If I had to focus on three skills in 2026 to build an empire in 3 to 6 years, what should be my focus? One more time, I just want to answer West RV. The NFTs are working out tremendous, brother. VFriends is going to be one of the five winning NFT projects. Go check us out. Go to GaryVee.com/VF. VF. You'll be blown West, you'll love this. RV, $24 million worth of NFTs sold last week. I know where NFT brands are, but I'm also 50 soon. I I also know that when the Wall Street Journal said the internet was dead because internet stocks collapsed in 2001, you were still probably, you know, sperm in your dad's dick. And so, like you don't know the history, but I do. All right, let's go, Aaron. Okay. Question from Artemis. If I had to focus on three skills in 2026 to build an empire in three to six years, what should be my focus? AI, AI, and AI. One, two, and three. Thank you. Move on. Okay. Um next question from Matt. Wait, hold on. Ribs, you didn't even tell me you listed it. Now there's only three boxes. Now it's going to sell out again, Ribs. It's about to sell out again. We're not on the same We're not on the same page. WAIT, HOLD ON. I'm I lost my view. I had my view of it. Now it's Now I see I don't like the projector. What just happened? Wait. Yeah, hold on. I need the whatnot view always, not this projector view. No worries. No worries. Um Ribs, we're Ribs, can you and I get a How many did you just put up? WHAT IS 13? You said 25. I did 26. Who wants a box for 96 bucks of the manga stickers? Go to eBay and check out these prices. You'll be blown away. Who's ready to join the VFriends [ __ ] community? Everybody say box X1, box X2. Who wants to get their first box ever and rip it with their kids? Box X1, box X2. Give me a number so I can give it to Ribs. If you're actually going to buy one, just want to get a sense. Somebody's buying five, six, seven, eight. I know they're so fun. These These stickers Check out eBay, everybody. Put in manga. Put in VFriends manga in eBay. You'll be blown away. Yeah, the big one's coming. We'll do that in a second, but All right, Ribs, put a Put another 30. Yeah, by the way, no one should By the way, after my material The last thing anybody should buy if their money is tight as this. Do not buy anything from me ever in my LIFE EVER IF YOUR MONEY'S TIGHT. I I literally sell pro Help my dad sell his wine. Wine is definitely not needed. Probably shouldn't even drink it. And you definitely should not be buying collectibles even though I'm going to [ __ ] cook. You know, if money's do not buy dumb [ __ ] And collectibles are dumb [ __ ] if you can't afford it. Do not buy [ __ ] for me ever. That being said, I'm going to build one of the biggest collectibles company of all time. All right, you can put Ribs, did you just put 29? All right, pin it, Ribs. All right, next question. Okay, a question from Matt. We've grown from the basement of our house to 15 employees doing 6 million a year. Incredible. But my wife and I are still key members of day-to-day operations. How do we scale growth as a small business? And when's the right time to hire a manager to help with the day-to-day? Oh, Ribs, they're not flash sailing. Some people are saying there's I see it as a flash. But people are saying it's 129 not 96. Oh, when they were in the store. Now it is. Okay, Aaron, I apologize one more time. Um we've grown from the basement of our house to 15 employees doing 6 million a year. But my wife and I are still key members of day-to-day operations. How do we scale growth as a small business? And when's the right time to hire a manager to help with the day-to-day? >> They're doing 6 million top line. They should done it a long time ago. They're being greedy and want the money from the business for whatever else they want. You need to invest back in your business, not buy nicer stuff. When? 6 million top line revenue? The answer was a year ago. I took I took Vayner from two to 45 million and did not change my $80,000 base salary. That's real life. One more employee. One more office. One couple more bucks for T&E to fly out and see a client. Your business is your child. You need to feed your child. People think of They People want to be entrepreneurs to take the money out of the business to buy a Lambo. When you're a real [ __ ] gangster and you're building [ __ ] you're putting it back into the business. The business is getting the money, not you. What? What just happened? What? Let me say it again slow for the kids in the back. The business is getting the money, not you. Wait a minute, Gary. I thought I could be an entrepreneur on Instagram and buy a [ __ ] Rollie. And [ __ ] [ __ ] it. [ __ ] buy a Lambo. Everything's got to be [ __ ] like nicknames now and [ __ ] too. I want a Rollie and a Lambo and a PJ. No, no, no. The money goes into the business. You're doing 6 million dollars in [ __ ] top line and you're crying about not having a manager? Bro, the answer was a year ago. Next. Okay, question from Karen. Why do I stop giving my all after a little success and why do I care about others' opinions? Cuz you're insecure, Karen. And I get it. Your name's Karen. It was a tough era, you know, it was a tough era for Karens. Like I can't blame her. I'm kidding. Karen, it's because you're insecure and that's okay. I think therapy is a good idea. Um I think hanging out with more positive people. Like I I think listening to more positive content. The thing I'm most proud of about this show that we do in the morning here is it gets people's day right in the right mindset, accountability and optimism. A O Accountability and optimism. Ayo. I might make that my new [ __ ] That might be my new [ __ ] sound bite. That might be my new audio tag. Ayo. Ayo. Accountability and optimism. One of the biggest things Karen can do is continue to consume positive optimism and I spew it and many, many others do. She's insecure and that's okay. You know, it's okay. It's all right. Like life circumstances, DNA, parenting, something that happened in life. People can build I've watched people around me sit you know this. The one of the weirdest things about Team Gary, people that stay for three, four years, especially like the people that are with me every minute and filming me, literally their self-esteem changes under my watch. Because I'm doing for DRock and Dustin what my mom did for me. It's harder for Aaron or, you know, Corey like the further, you know, like Team Gary's structured in a different way, but the closer you get, you know, especially those people are [ __ ] just long night traveling, all that stuff. Look at Train. Big old Train. He can't keep up with me yet. Right, Train? Train's tired and [ __ ] Sweaty and tired, sick. Ate some raw chicken or something he said the other day. He can't keep up yet. There he is. Train, you can literally feel yourself getting tough like right? The grind is making you tougher. Exactly. It's [ __ ] war out here. Karen needs to surround herself with positive people. Rips, have you learned things from me? Aaron? Sid? And I've learned things from you guys. It we rub off on each other. It's called being a human. So, let me ask you a question. Sid, have you been around negative people in your life and as you grew up older, especially cuz we spent so much time together, you started to understand what that meant and you understood that that [ __ ] actually was either putting deposits in you or you realize what you did not want to do? My father taught me what I didn't want to do. I love my dad. Everybody knows that. But [ __ ] man. That [ __ ] taught me a ton of [ __ ] I didn't want to do. He taught me things I wanted to do. Be an honorable man. Taught me the [ __ ] out of that. But that [ __ ] taught me not how to treat [ __ ] employees. TAUGHT ME HOW I DID NOT want to do business with people. Taught me how I did not want to see the world. I did not want to be cynical or negative or everything's a [ __ ] conspiracy. You want to be less [ __ ] negative and cynical? Stop watching CNN and Fox. Stop consuming political people on the internet that are trying to control you through scaring you and telling you they can help you. Oh, they're going to help you. I'm telling you all right now, I can't help you. You got people out there posing as They're not even telling you that they can help you, but they're tricking you into thinking that you can't and they can help you, but they're not saying it. I'm out here kind of saying I am helping you like Q&A, let me help you. And I'm telling you I can't help you. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. We're getting into real [ __ ] right now. Oh, we're getting into it Well, hold on. We're getting now we're I'm kind of breaking the vortex right now. You got [ __ ] out here disguising themselves as politicians. And they're secretly telling you, "I'm going to scare the [ __ ] out of you left and right, blue and red. I'm going to scare you so that you think I can help you." I'm out here spitting [ __ ] truth, warmth, good. And I'm telling you I can't help you. You can help you. You can help you. You can help you. A O! This is my You know what? I think I FOUND SOMETHING. A O! ACCOUNTABILITY AND OPTIMISM. A O! REMEMBER HACKSAW JIM DUGGAN? HO! HIT THE BIG 2 BY 4. I'M GOING TO BE THE A O! I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU EVERY [ __ ] DAY AND I can't help you. [ __ ] out here are trying to trick you and scare you into thinking they can help you. They're all the [ __ ] same. I'm going to scare the [ __ ] out of you by based on whatever how you see the world. It might be this, it might be that. Right? Might be corporations, it might be immigrants. I'm going to scare you and you're going to think I can help you. [ __ ] I'm out here telling you real truth of like [ __ ] mental health and business black and white advice and I'm telling you I can't help you. A O! I can't help you. I CAN'T HELP YOU. YOU CAN help yourself. Period. End of story. Cut the [ __ ] Honestly, not sure if I should ever make another piece of content in my life. Honestly, that might be it. I'm retiring. It was a good run. That's it. It's over. I don't know what else That's it. I mean, I don't know. I don't know if I can ever say anything better. That's it. GG's. GG's. That's it. It's a wrap. I think I ended it. That'd be some [ __ ] I maybe I shouldn't. I you know, in fact, one could argue this is it. Because if I retired right now and that was it and it's like Gary V retired and I actually did just like disappeared off the face of the earth. Just built my little VaynerFriends in the back like an executive. You know, like I did with Wine Library for all those years. Like wasn't Gary wasn't up front. I'm a businessman. I'm a [ __ ] businessman. I'm not a [ __ ] content creator. Though I love being a content creator. I'm a [ __ ] businessman [ __ ] I'm a [ __ ] business man. You know, like GG's. I said it. I said it all right there. They're all out there trying to [ __ ] trick you and tell you to be [ __ ] scared and guess who can help you? Them. For their power. For them. And I'm out here [ __ ] [ __ ] trying to do the [ __ ] good work. [ __ ] man. Playing on the macro and the micro. The mental health and the [ __ ] self-esteem and then the [ __ ] black and white like live shopping. Like here it is. Here's the money. Here's the money. And I'm telling you I can't help you. Yeah, man. GG's. I have 13 more minutes for the show, right? No, I think I think it's I think it's over. Like all of it. You're out of a job. AI replaced you. We did it. We did it. We [ __ ] got to the punch line. Like it took us, you know, 20 years. We got there. Wow. Weird. All right, bye Instagram. All right. I'm done. Oh, yeah. I I think that never going to make another piece of content. I just don't know what I think I said it. I don't know, man. I I just think it's over. Like we did it. I you know Yes, Connor. I'm a big believer in CryptoPunks. Always. I think it's the best digital asset. I think I did it. A YO. WHAT IF I JUST DO THAT? LIKE THAT'S my content for the next 10 years. I just come on whatever THE PLATFORM IS. A YO. I DON'T EVEN KNOW. LIKE like That's it. Like I just feel like That's it. That's the actual answer, man. I don't know what people they don't get it, man. Like every one of these politicians is doing the same thing. There's a label over my face? Yeah, take it down. You can take it down. It's just so obvious. Like everyone's walking around with fear. It's literally literally my most liberal and my most conservative friends are literally the same exact human being. They've just scared us. It's sad, man. I'm upset. People are just scared. For no reason. There's nothing different. Everything's different and nothing's different. And there's been more scary times. You know? And there's people are so capable. But they [ __ ] have given up their will to men and women that have very bad intent on both sides of the aisle. Not enough self-worth. It's so funny. Connor's Gary's lost it. I [ __ ] found it. It's the reverse, Con, man. I [ __ ] found it. So real to me. Just so much opportunity. You know, like it's we literally live in a world that is so opportunistic right now. There's never been more opportunity for people. Literally, you've got Gen Z fully believing that they're [ __ ] because of one post on Instagram that says Gen Z's [ __ ] And they use math that they want to paint a certain picture. There are more millionaire 19-year-olds created this week than there were when I was 19. Than there were. Train. There are more millionaire 19-year-olds. The you know, like we we work with them at VaynerMedia. I know influencers that my company has paid you know, 800,000 to this year, 600,000 to just us, little old us. There's never been more opportunity. And people out here are like, "Oh, it's over." The biggest thing I believe in in life is you find what you're looking for. I believe it's literally the primary belief of my life. My complete North Star. If you are looking for negativity, I've great news. There's unlimited negativity. And there and it's everywhere. We decide which one we're going to pay attention to at this moment. This issue, that issue. There's 9,700 issues. There's concentration camps in China. For people of a certain religion. Where's the talk? There's genocide all over Africa. Where's the talk? Like like there's There's everywhere everything. There's always things. But complaining about it and posting on social How about contributing to it? Somebody said, "Gary, do your part. Join the Senate." The Senate I'm not I can't do [ __ ] in the Senate. Couldn't do what I'm doing right now if I was a senator. [ __ ] you talking about? This is the greatest era to be born ever into being a grown-up. AI, all of it. All that like like there's like Did everybody get an F in history? Was I the only one that got an A in history? Or B? There's so much opportunity. What we're also in is in the greatest era of finger-pointing. That's the part that we're not discussing. Mommy's fault, daddy's fault, mayor's fault, governor's fault, president's fault, country's fault. As if we weren't enough hate around gender and race, we decided to do age brackets. That's my favorite new [ __ ] in the last 10-15 years. Rips. As if we didn't find enough things to not like about each other cuz we're so [ __ ] lost. Look at this room. There's only [ __ ] five of us. Gender, race, religions. [ __ ] love all Why would I How can I possibly not like you? Cuz you believe in something different or you look different or you Like what are we talking about? Oh, wait. I We don't have enough things to be mad at each other about. Let's bracket people into their age and be mad at each other. Let's get the Gen Z'ers to hate the boomers and the boomers to hate the Gen Z'ers. That would be fun. They're weaponizing hate, y'all. And I promise you when you're all 80, you'll realize there are things to the left and the right that were right and wrong. That's just life. You're in control. You're in control. You're in control. You're in control. You're in control. You're [ __ ] in control. No matter what you cry about right now, you're in control. Please start listening to more positive and optimistic things. Please lean into accountability and optimism. A O and your life will be better. See you soon. No, no, I'm done. I'm retired. I'm out. Bro, I'm [ __ ] retired. I do not do content anymore. You can be on the You'll be selling the Funkos tonight. Right? Everybody, if you want to watch our Funko show Well, not our If you want to watch Rip's Funko show tonight, there's a logo at the top left. VFriends, follow us. Click it. You can bookmark our shows. But, Rip's, I'll be behind the scenes. Rip's, I built Wine Library behind the scenes. I'm going to build VFriends behind the scenes. You're now the face. All right? I don't know. I retired. I do know, actually. What am I talking about? I'm retired. I retired here live on T with GaryVee 92. I retired. I no longer make content. I'm out. I I said what I said. I said what I said. I got to it, Erin. I got to the punchline. All the negative people in the world aren't saying it overtly, but they're tricking you into believing that you should be scared, but I can help you. Relinquish your self-will and power and belief. Give it to me, cuz I can help you. I'm selling hope and optimism tactics financially and emotionally, and I'm telling you I can't help you. Huh. That's some [ __ ] But you can help you. Really proud of that. I needed to get to that point. Mhm. That's a good point, Walter. I wonder if I can write a book called I Can't Help You. Mhm. Ayo347 says, "Jesus, did Gary V end up on drugs?" Nope. I've been on a consistent drug called gratitude. And the other thing that I love to shoot in my [ __ ] chest, accountability. Everything in my life is my fault, thus rendering me very happy. I'm good. Goodbye. Yep. Read. My show now, everyone. Bye.
