We're in a phase when the technology industry is [music] really maturing right now. Companies that were scaling for growth many years ago are now focusing on efficiency and profitability [music] um while still being hampered by the need to innovate. Technology is changing fast and organizations [music] can't keep up. There's topics like AI changes in the [music] global business environment. There's also aspects of of customer changes and higher demands. AI is the hot button topic, but you can't just [music] check the boxes across pieces of the organizations. You really need to think about how the organizations are thinking about capturing value, adapting [music] to disruptions, or quickly making decisions. Tech leaders want to direct their focus on new opportunities, but they're facing challenges. They have margin pressure, technical debt, talent gaps [music] that they need to be addressed. These all seem daunting together, but really what they need to be thinking about is how can I use that as an inflection point. The biggest company technology companies are facing right now [music] is where growth might have been 30 35 40% years ago for certain SAS [music] players that growth has dwindled down to 10 15 20%. As growth slows companies are having to pivot to cost optimization, efficiency [music] levers, M&A to really drive EBIDA margin, EBIDA growth and scale. We want to be the business partners [music] to the executive team and the business leaders from understanding what their strategic vision should be, how to get there and what's the value behind it and the risks that need to be addressed. So we partner with our business leaders and clients to actually put together the plan and execute. Our expertise is everything from strategy to transformation to transactions. On the strategy side, we partner on organic growth and M&A inorganic growth strategies to scale up businesses and [music] drive organizational change. From the transformation side, we focus on growth and cost transformation. Whether that be building a scalable operating model or driving cost and operational efficiencies. On the transaction side, we work on commercial diligence, operational diligence, and financial [music] diligence. We found that companies really need to think about how to innovate and drive [music] change in their organizations.
