We are all entitled for privacy and if I asked a website please delete my cookies, I do not wish to be tracked, the website should honor that and stop tracking me. However, some media companies found ways to recreate your cookies even after you delete them so they can keep tracking you and sell you ads. These are called Zombie cookies.
Zombie cookies are cookies that are recreated after being deleted, they are like a zombie in that regard canโt be killed. Zombie cookies are specially used by malicious websites who want to always track their users. In this video we will discuss how regular good old cookies work, how zombie cookies are, and we will attempt to implement a zombie cookie with e-tags coming up!
