improving organization so what we see very often is a transformation program it gets started by someone in management we introduce a new way of working at some point this one is supposedly finished and then a new way of working is a new status quo but that is not fixing the problem because a few years down the line we'll need another transformation so what we need is a way to create a habit of continuous Improvement so that we do not need to have another transformation because we're continuously improving
