[music] [music] >> Hi, I'm Scott Watkins. I'm a senior director of business strategy here at Michigan Virtual. We're a 501c3 nonprofit that operates across the state of Michigan. Our mission here is to impact teaching and learning around the state and around the country. We focus on student learning by providing supplemental courses that students [music] across the state can take as part of their in-person learning experiences. And then we also have our Michigan Virtual Learning Research Institute where we're focused on kind of the edge of teaching and learning and what's coming next. Well, an effective learning experience is really dedicated on a user or a student [music] engaging with the curriculum and engaging with our software and our platforms in a meaningful way. So, getting their feedback throughout [music] that journey is very important to us. And we do that in a number of ways including interacting with our customers, doing [music] focus groups, and critically receiving feedback through surveys which we administer with the SurveyMonkey platform. Yeah, as we go about this journey, it's critical that we hear [music] from our customers. And as the speed of implementation and the speed of technology only accelerates, >> [music] >> getting that feedback in real time and on a consistent basis is going to be critical to making the decisions about where our platforms go and how our learning experiences [music] evolve over time. We do these for our K-12 [music] learners at the end of every course, for our professional learners at the end of every learning experience that they have with us, and then with every customer care interaction that we [music] have. We're bringing in tens of thousands of feedback points each year from these audiences, analyzing them, taking a look at at them, and making sure that we're meeting our learners' expectations, [music] and that we're truly delivering value for our customer. Yeah, we we began using SurveySparrow because it looked like a platform that offered a a great set of features and [music] a way for us to stay engaged with our customers at a a truly valuable price point. So, we've definitely found that to be true. We're able to get a vast amount of feedback from our customers, [music] and it's been very economical for us, allowing us to >> [music] >> focus on reinvesting in our students and our learners, while still valuing the feedback that they provide us. The survey taking experience within [music] SurveySparrow is something that we've heard positive feedback from users on. >> [music] >> It's prevented presented in a very clean fashion, a very user-friendly fashion, and an engaging fashion that doesn't make it feel like it's part [music] of an assignment or taking an exam. It's engaging, and it allows our users to provide feedback in a way that doesn't feel like part of an academic experience. SurveySparrow's >> [music] >> been great to use. Building a new survey is incredibly easy. Being [music] able to bulk and load or bulk upload a lot of the questions that we design or mock up in other platforms like a Google Doc or Word Doc, very easy to bring that right into SurveySparrow and get a survey created within minutes. The survey experience is great for our users, and the ability to integrate with other platforms [music] like Google Sheets or Power BI or Freshdesk, different platforms that we use. The integrations have been easy and clean, and it's very effective for us. It's been a great tool, a lot of bang for our buck. Survey Sparrow, it's allowed us >> [music] >> to stay engaged with our customers. It's been a great value and they've been very responsive. There's a lot of great things on the horizon that we see with Survey Sparrow. [music] So, we're excited to see their evolution along with the evolution of teaching and learning our own organization.
