A cyber leaders role as recruiter has come in to greater focus than ever before with the mid-level and experienced hire talent gap in cyber security coupled with the challenges presented by "The Great Resignation." Organizations face the risk of unfilled positions and are now forced to hire unproven talent and develop them internally.
Jerich Beason and Olivia Rose will discuss ways to evaluate, attract & develop new and emerging talent in this "buyer's market" that favors the candidate.
