In this video, I describe four things to avoid doing during your classroom observation. Hello Teachers! My name is Melanie Howell, and I have been a classroom teacher for more than 20 years. The majority of my teaching years have been spent in fifth grade. I love getting up and going to school because no two days are ever the same. I love pouring myself into the lives of my students and I learn something new every day. Teaching allows me to be a servant and a leader.
