Can AI Write 100% of the Code?

AI writes 100% of the code at Anthropic? I thought that headline was fake. The head of Claude Code, Boris Cherny, said that at Anthropic, AI now writes 100 percent of his code. My first reaction was skepticism. Because first, Boris, you are the head of Claude Code. Why are you writing pull requests at all? But then I actually looked into Claude Code.
