AI for Project Reporting, Dashboards and Risk

This course prepares you to create concise, high-quality reports and dashboards using spreadsheets, visualization tools, and generative AI techniques while preserving human-in-the-loop controls. Instruction covers exporting project data from PM tools, transforming and modeling it in spreadsheets, and designing compact dashboards that highlight portfolio KPIs and overdue items. You will practice prompt design to convert raw PM data into structured draft reports, apply labeling and validation practices for AI outputs, and evaluate predictive models using confusion matrices to compute precision and recall for go/no‑go decisions. Assessments emphasize compact deliverables: a trimmed dashboard, an AI-assisted weekly status (AI draft + human review), prompt list, QA checklist, and a short model-evaluation summary documenting precision/recall and adoption guidance.
