After testing hundreds of AI tools, here’s what I wish more people knew

Here’s what I wish more people knew about AI: 1. Knowing prompt engineering skills can save you A LOT of money. If you can get your desired output through prompting you can often skip the costly subscriptions and specialized AI products. 2. Demos ARE NOT products. They usually only show a singular, limited use case that has not been battle tested with various inputs. 3. Many AI tools seem to do the same thing which can be confusing. Multiple companies make AI tools such as chatbots, agent builders, vibe coding tools, etc. that seem to do similar things but each have specific strengths, use cases and skill levels. The right one really comes down to your specific use cases. For example, n8n can be used for no code agent implementation while OpenAI agents SDK is a coded implementation, although both are used for building agentic workflows. 4. Evals are SUPER important for building AI Agents. My latest video goes into this more!
