So, a quick summary of like what what really doesn't work when it comes to Genai. The first is assuming good SEO positions is going to mean that you get frequent citations in chatbt and Genai chat bots. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Life would have been so much simpler if it was, but it's not. Um, diagrams, screenshots, and product images. These mostly don't get surfaced in Gen AI chatbots right now. Video sometimes does, but rarely. So generally text is the biggest influencer. Um duplicating answers in your content. We tested this quite a few times and put content together, unpicked it, moved it around. We found that if answers were duplicated, it could really cause confusion for generative AI and it couldn't understand the text patterns. So something that it might have referenced before, if you added another section about the same thing, sometimes it got confused and then dropped it all together. and then posting high volumes of unedited AI content on your website. And I'm saying unedited here. I'm not saying that you can't use AI to produce content, but you do need to be careful that you're not just producing generic and boring content that doesn't fulfill EAT and all of the other things that we've spoken about here as
