Why 4 Stars is the New Minimum

If you're not even reaching the bare minimum expectation of like four stars minimum, like are you even trying that in the world now? There are so many things that are table stakes now that 10 years ago were difference makers such as like having a Google page and having at least four stars table stakes now. like we don't choose a property manager based on website like yes but read between the lines because everyone has a website that looks like decently because if someone says yeah I'm not choosing a property manager based on Google and Yelp I'm sure that's true but if I search for that property manager and they come back with a score of two and a half it's probably a disqualifier. Higher.
