Using Ment.io on Microsoft Teams

hey everyone thanks for listening to this video about mental integration on Microsoft teens before we get started I want to tell you a little bit about mentio mentio is an AI based discussion board for deep business discussions questions debates et cetera it allows you to ask questions get answers and have your team debate discuss both support oppose etc now using our AI and machine learning we take those discussions that you're having with your team we analyze the discussion and score the answers as well as providing you with analytics about each and every discussion making it a lot easier for you to make decisions knowing what are the top answers what is that what is the score for each one of them and knowing about which people within each department are agreeing disagreeing on each stuff in each type of topic now let's get started what I'm going to do is I'm going to actually create a new team here you can obviously use an existing team what we're gonna do is I'm going to show you first how to download or integrate our integration into that team and then I'll show you how to use it so what we're gonna do is go to the app store if you already have your team ready we'll search for month near we've got this meant app now instead of just opening it what I want to do is add it to the team's so you can add it to all teams but you can all one by one I'm gonna just choose the one that I want to use right now ranae's that demo room that I created and hit set up now what it's basically gonna do is create a mint account for me inside of that account and anybody who's in that in that general of that inside that that team the mint demo team in general then they will actually be added to the account to they don't create a user it's all done automatically now there are a couple of ways to ask questions on mentio within the integration here on team so let's start here with the automatic pop up here with which is gonna open a cab for us if you're familiar where basically let's ask the question about what feature should we focus on in q1 okay you not bad for information like what did he focus on last border or you can add background information about what features you've been thinking about a Danny touch once you want set a due date to let everyone know that you need an answer by a certain point and hit save so now what it's going to do is it's going to open a tab here which is an iframe directly into the mint platform which is really great because you can see all the functionalities and everything that exists on the mint pop form directly in teens so you're like really easy so you don't severe teams platform but at the same time you're able to see everything that we have to offer including the kind of design but also how people are able to interact all of the analytics are here as well now let's add an answer so let's say dashboards is my idea of what feature you should focus on and I'll give reasons as to why I want to but again that's optional as you can see here this the help users it's short answer okay and now what you'll notice is it's going into that answer my answer got a 7.5 because I have a supporting argument for it and you can also see when hovering over this you can see who's seen my answer can hover here and see who's seen the question and as people come in here they can then reply they can have that discussion they can say I disagree with you because of X Y & Z and hit post and this discussion keep going around and we'll be able to actually see with each one of these analytics about that who's supporting it and who isn't right now it's only been me talking with myself so we only see sales supporting and it's occurring with us but as more people get involved in the discussion we'll be seeing a nice break down by department you could break it down and this is customizable you can break it down by company silence if you're using it with your customers you can break it down by any custom thing that you would like to break it down by you can edit the types of departments and here in this cave I'm able to see what are people saying with each answer so if there are five answers I can actually see alright in this situation the executives disagree with answer too but they support answer 1 etc all helping and guide with making my decisions now another way to ask the question if we go back to them team conversations page is you can actually do it right here so I have the men logo here as you notice I've already tagged tagged it here but if you haven't you can go in this messaging extensions and you'll see it here if not you can search and you'll when you click on the three buttons you'll be allowed to tag it to the bottom but mine's already tagged now click the plus button new discussion if you already have a bunch of questions that you've asked they'll all appear right there let me just go back a sec when you click on them it'll have all the conversations you've already had in this in this team this meant demo team but considering you haven't done that yet there's nothing there yet so you click new discussion you can ask question what swag me hand out conference let's say and you can say last year and again that a due date set now when I submit this it's gonna actually be directly here in the discussion instead of opening up what my previous discussion did which was opening up a tab which is also very helpful here I've opened it up as a discussion where everybody can contribute directly in this conversation directly in this team so somebody can come here and take a look and let in there they can answer and they can say water bottle is let's say well you'll notice as it'll continue in the same block and continue seeing this discussion built and you'll see here as well you can see the score and as people respond agree disagree that will change dynamically somebody can come in and just say thumbs up I like that idea they can say I agree because this is the end of whatever I'd like to add and you'll also notice that we can view the replies you can see everything so if you've got lots of people and they're all taking part in discussions you can view all replies here you could have more replies or more answers make a decision if I can see your decision here and that's that's kind of it that's how you open up a team on on
