This course is the first of a series that aims to transform your marketing capabilities with Microsoft Copilot. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of GenAI and how it can improve your marketing strategy. You’ll learn how a marketing organization can implement Microsoft Copilot in each of its marketing functions including research, customer analysis, strategy, campaign planning, creative design, promotions, pricing, customer experience, and retention. And you'll step through the process of using Microsoft Copilot to upgrade your marketing strategy. This course covers a wide variety of marketing topics and GenAI that are designed to give you an overview of what’s to come in this specialization. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to: Apply Microsoft Copilot’s capabilities in your marketing organization to improve marketing strategy and shape the customer journey. Improve customer analysis and targeting capabilities using Microsoft Copilot. Design higher performing creative content with Microsoft Copilot to engage a broader target audience. Required Course Materials: A Copilot license is required to complete this course.
