Unlock DEEP AGENTS with an Agent Harness in n8n

The AI Automators · Intermediate ·📄 Research Papers Explained ·4mo ago
An agent harness is a control layer or scaffolding for your AI agent. Instead of just asking your agent to do everything at once, it can make a plan, break it up into different tasks, execute those tasks one by one, and then save progress externally to a database, file, or external system. This allows you to manage context across potentially thousands of tasks. Think of it like giving your AI agent access to a project management system. This kind of architecture allows you to build AI agents that can handle projects such as long-running deep research, advanced analysis, or comprehensive report generation. Most AI agents you see demoed online simply would not be able to handle those kinds of projects.
