okay we're here at our thirst project our 10 lot Town Home Project that's three blocks from downtown and just a block or two from the river on this side we'll have five units here you can see we're still hammering out to get this down and then on this side we'll have five units we do definitely have some grade that we're dealing with right so you're going to have two units here a step down two units here a step down and then the final unit as you head over to the Main Street we're standing in the alley here right now you can see these green Stakes those are 5ft offsets for our sewer we got to get the sewer line in do all of our RightWay work our sidewalks and then we can get our permits to go vertical I think that it's going to be a beautiful Town Home Project it's going to be Mountain modern tight site but location is phenomenal if you guys want to watch us bring this project to life and many more just give us a follow and we will see you on the next one
