Hey, really quick, Byron. I want to actually write an offer with my attorney friend. He's going to write the offer for me. That's great. I'm glad you have a friend who's in the business and sounds like he's really smart. I know that you're really smart. So, are you looking to just save on the fees or you looking for the best terms and the best conditions in your deal? Probably best terms and conditions. Okay, so best terms and conditions and what process does your attorney friend have to really handle the negotiation, the appraisal, some of that on the ground, in the house, the stuff that really needs to be solved throughout a transaction to generate the best terms and conditions. How are they going to solve for that? What's their process look like? >> I'm I'm not sure. Okay, so you're not sure on the process. Here's what I'll do. I'm going to give you my buyer checklist. You have a side-by-side comparison on what his process is going to be. Right now, you're not sure on it and you have my process on exactly what it's going to do to create the best terms and conditions in your deal. It's a side-by-side comparison. If it's not useful to you, you can bin it. If it is, then we'll go forward with that plan. Sound fair? Yeah, totally.

I'm the co-founder and CEO of BAM the fastest-growing real estate media company in the industry. I also co-founded and lead The One Team at William Raveis Real Estate the #1 transaction team in the state of Connecticut with over $1B+ in residential sales. Given this is a YT channel, and anyone can claim anything, here's the real story. How I got here… 19 yrs old: Working as a submarine mechanic. A guy in the boiler shop told me I should invest in real estate. So I did bought 3 houses between 2004-2006 with multiple loans. No college degree. No business experience. Just guts. 22-24 yrs old: Made every mistake in the book. Bad locations. Bad tenants. Overleveraged. The 2008 crash wiped me out. 24 yrs old: Filed for bankruptcy on December 31, 2008. Lost everything. 24-27 yrs old: Worked at a nuclear power plant. Stable paycheck. Everyone told me to stay. 27-28 yrs old: Left the power plant to get my real estate license. No degree. No money. No credibility. People told me I was crazy. I used their doubt as fuel. 28-29 yrs old: Sold 50+ homes in my first 18 months. Made six figures my first year in the worst market in Connecticut's history (2012). 30-32 yrs old: Built a real estate team. Started as an 8-10 person "family team" learned the hard way that doesn't scale. 32-34 yrs old: Became one of the first agents to go all-in on social media and video. Used Facebook Live to win listings while everyone else was still running newspaper ads. Started speaking on major industry stages. 34 yrs old: Co-founded The One Team at William Raveis. Built it into the region's exclusive Zillow growth partner. Started a weekly radio show reaching Connecticut locals. 37 yrs old: Co-founded BAM (nowbam.com) with Eric Simon aka The Broke Agent. Launched April 2022 with 5 shows. 38 yrs old: BAM hits 500,000+ vie
