number one misconception here that people have about space is that the Big Bang was a firecracker happening at a place in a pre-existing space in time and so that's not what astronomers see we see the entire universe expanding probably infinite so it's not a thing that happened at a place in time it's the entire thing happening all at once because sir Fred ho gave it that name we are instantly drawn to thinking of a firecracker but that's not what it is
