So, this is a very brief video on how you can authenticate your domain so that you can start sending emails using system.io. So, system makes this a bit technical to do, but this video is going to help you do it in one swing. So, I'm already in my system.io settings and I'm under the email. I've added this email, but I still cannot send emails because I need to authenticate the domain. Here, you see that the domain is still pending. And this is how you do it. So, if you click on this I here, this I. um here, you see these settings that you need to put inside of your domain. All these things are just to make your domain communicate properly with the servers. So, I am going to be doing this using cPanel. So, cPanel is basically with Namecheap. So, I'm doing this inside of Namecheap. So, I'm going to scroll down to the zone editor, which is where we can manage all the DNS that are connected inside of our Namecheap um cPanel hosting. So, if you come to the zone editor, this is where we can edit anything about settings. So, I'm going to select the very domain, which is my own domain. I'm going to come to manage domains. So, what we want to do here is we want to add records to our subdomain. So, I'm doing this inside of my subdomain. So, if you come under here, the zone editor, we have A, NM, CNAME, MX, and CSD. So, system.io wants us to just add three CNAME records and a CSD record. So, if I come here, I click on add a record, and where we have type here, I want to come here, I want to select a CNAME record. And I want to come back to system.io. This is the name, all right? So, you want to copy the name or the root. And you want to come back here, and you want to put it here. So, this is a valid zonal name. And then this is where you put the record. The record is also the value in some other hosting companies like Hostinger and the rest. So, I'm just going to copy this inbound.system.io. And I'm going to come back here, and I'm going to put it right here. And I should save my records. So, I've added the first CNAME record. I want to add another CNAME record. Again, I come here, I select CNAME record. I come back to my um system.io. I want to copy the second one, which is um the domain key blah blah blah. I come back here, I'm going to put it right here. And I want to copy the value again, which is key1.system.io. And then I come back here, and I want to paste it. Again, I save it. That is going to be the CNAME number two. As you can see, it's saved successfully. We add the third record. Again, it's going to be a CNAME record. And we come back to system.io. We copy the last CNAME record, which is systemio2. um a whole lot of stuff. I'm going to put it right here. I click on paste. I come back here, I copy keys key2. system.io. I come back again, and then I paste it right here. I click on save record. So, now we've added all the CNAME records, and the last but not the least is to add a TXT file. So, I'm going to copy this _dmarc. I come back here, add a new record. This time around, we are going to select TST down here. This is going to be our valid value zone name. And then you want to come back here, you copy this one and you come back again and you paste it right here. And you click on save record. So, this is basically how we do it. So, all we have to do is we come back to system.io. We just want to give it some time. After some time, this pending will change to verified and we should be ready to start sending emails with our domain. So, if you struggle to send emails using your connected domain with system.io, this is how you do it. So, after adding the domain name, you need to authenticate it, too, and you need to verify the email address. So, as you can see, this is a business email, it's already verified and all you had to do was just add the email address and it will send you an email. So, let me show you. You can come here say add email, put the email here. It's going to send you um a link to click to that email. This should be a business email. To that email and then you verify it. Again, it's important to note that this step is different from having a custom domain. So, the custom domain is completely different from actually sending a domain. But, the process are also the same. So, if you want to add a custom domain, can just come here click on add domain, put the domain URL here. If you click on send instruction, you just follow the same process, go to your cPanel or your DNS manager, add a CNAME record, repeat the same process we've done, add the value and then the name, add this one and then the name and after some time, it's going to be verified.
