If your Facebook ads are working at $20/day… Why are you already looking for the next thing? This is where most guys screw it up. They get something that works and instead of doubling down, they go: “Alright cool, let’s try Google now.” “Let’s test SEO.” “Let’s try door hangers.” No. Scale what’s already working. $20 → $40 $40 → $60 $60 → $80 And you keep going until it breaks. As long as your numbers make sense: Cost per appointment Close rate Average ticket Return on ad spend You keep feeding the machine. The difference between a guy doing $10K/month and a company with 100 trucks? Focus. They don’t chase 10 marketing channels… they scale 1 until it prints. I’d rather you do an A- job at one thing than half ass 5 different things. That mindset alone will change your business. Follow for more systems that scale.
