Shared Access Acquires NODE
About this lesson
Our co founder Nicholas White sat down with Chris Jackman CEO Shared Access and Christian Anderton CEO Node Tech to talk about their recent acquisition news. Shared Access is an independent wireless telecommunications infrastructure company. It works with mobile network operators and landlords to design, install and run systems that deliver great connectivity. They have designed, installed and acquired over 1,000 mast locations across the UK, Ireland and Spain and developed critical infrastructure in a number of high profile settings including the world-class new Tottenham Hotspur Football Club stadium. From WIFI to mobile coverage and private 5G networks, Shared Access funds, designs, installs and manages installations over the long term for its customers. Node Tech is a forward-thinking property advisory platform, with an expertise in fibre and a mandate for activation that revolutionises how all forms of technology are hosted across the built environment. Shared Access has recently acquired Node Tech and we will dive into their logic as to how these two will work even closer together. Come join us as we explore this exciting evolution for the connectivity space.
