Humanoid robots aren't a twenty-year problem. They're a five-year problem and insurance isn't ready. Most of the industry is still treating robotics as a far-off scenario for the 2040s. The reality on the ground in China and at Tesla's factories says otherwise. Metallic friends doing the work we don't want to do is a five-to-ten-year horizon, not thirty. Liability is the obvious risk. The bigger question is how robotics rewires every line of business at once, and almost no carrier is pricing for that yet.
