recruiting teams and leaders we're under a lot of stress for competing priorities we're being asked to deliver Talent that's become scarer and scarcer there's labor market decline birth rate decline all these competing factors in fact over 80% of board directors rank business disruptions due to talent and skill shortages as a top risk to growth in 2024 to 25 and Beyond but at the same time 78% of recruiting leaders this year anticipate the same or shrinking budgets right so we're being asked to do in many ways more with less over 3/4 of ta leaders right now say there's still opportunity for them to become more efficient around 40% of ta leaders feel like their teams are still being seen as service providers and not strategic Talent Partners this year in the most recent survey that Gartner did around 50% of recruiters actively are seeking a new job and only onethird feel that their org is prioritizing their growth and development
