In this course, you will build foundational Confluence skills for navigating, creating, and organizing content before moving into more specialized workflows. You will learn how to use the Confluence interface, create personal spaces, build page trees, and structure pages for clarity and discoverability. You will also explore page formatting, tagging and labeling, space organization, and system configuration. As you progress, you will practice creating pages, organizing hierarchies, improving readability with formatting elements, and applying labels to support search and navigation. You will also examine how Confluence spaces can be structured for teams and projects and how configuration changes can affect usability, performance, and stability. This course establishes the platform literacy required for the rest of the program.
