Planning is becoming the real skill in AI work. When I use Claude to plan a new feature, I don’t start with a perfect spec. I start with a messy idea, rough assumptions, and unclear tradeoffs. Then the job is to reduce ambiguity: what’s good, what’s bad, what should be built, and how it should be implemented.
