Full Transcript

So, in this video, I want to show you the new Paystack dashboard and how exciting it is. So, if you just log in to your Paystack account, you see this notification, this pop-up notification, and you can try the new dashboard. So, this dashboard, this old one, they've been using it for years, and it's very bland. It's not modern at all, but they've been smart enough to think about redesigning. So, Flutterwave, over to you. So, let's try it. So, you come here, you click on try new dashboard, and you give it some time to reload and onboard us to the new um dashboard. So, this is the new dashboard. We are in the live mode. Here, you can see all your revenue, your pending settlements, your open disputes, and your average transaction value. You can see um your payment issues, payments that um failed because of system errors. I have to hear bank errors, fraud blocks, and customer errors. So, this is actually very nice because at least you know why they are blocking your transactions, and you can try to fix it. Also, they now have this um big live chat here that you can start. So, I think this is AI-powered, which is actually very nice, but I should be able to turn this off if I don't need it because I feel it's too big. And we don't really need We We don't really need it right here. But, this is where you see your abandonment rates. Again, this is very nice. So, you see the total people who came to your page, and those who processed the transaction. So, here on this account, you can see that I have around 75%, which is quite high, but it's good to have this information right here. So, this is basically on the command center. If you come to your transactions, this is where you see all the people who carried out the transactions, when they did their information, if you wanted to follow up with them or not. So, you can see right here I have um 1 2 3 4, four of them who abandoned the transactions and two that actually went through. Here, this is where you see your customers or the people who have purchased from you. And to those who their payments actually went through. You can see their phone numbers and everything, their name, their emails, and all of that. This is where you can see all the refunds that you have issued. For me, I do not have any refunds. And here you come to the disputes. You see all the disputes. And here you see the payouts. So, this is all the payments they have sent to you. So, and um you can see all the requested payouts and everything here. So, it looks like they've disabled the payment pages and then the products, which doesn't make any sense, but let's see if we can get it back. So, let's come to the settings here and see if we can switch back to the other mode. We cannot. So, so far I cannot find my payment pages anymore. I don't know if they have completely disabled the payments pages completely, which would now mean that you can only use Paystack directly on your website, which somehow defeats the purpose of the whole platform. And I hope Flutterwave doesn't do this, but this is a new interface for paystack.com. Tell me what you think.
