Discusses agent failures in production and debugging with Fuad Ali

Full Transcript

My name's Fuad. I'm a product manager here at Arise. I often get the question, "Where do agents fail in production?" And I think variety of use cases, but most people underestimate the number of tools that their agents has access to actually increases the chance of their agent breaking down. And so, Arise has been amazing to learn about the agent space, but also to help diagnose our customers on where exactly their agents make the wrong tool calls or choose the wrong tool to use. And I think with Arise, you are given a new lens on observability and evaluation that allow you to actually enact changes that result in a better agent. And who doesn't want a better agent?

Original Description

We asked Fuad Ali, Senior Product Manager: Where do agents fail in production? He said: It's all about the tools! 🔧 The more tools an agent has, the more likely it is to make a wrong call. Arize helps you trace these failures and debug tool-calling errors to build more reliable AI agents.
