OKR Software Tips: Navigating in Weekdone

hello richard here from week done i just want to do a quick video on how to navigate in weekdone so when you first log in you'll see a screen somewhat similar to this and i just want to explain some of the areas in here so the first column here where we see overview hierarchy tree and news feed these are the high level functions of views overview typically for working in hierarchy where we can see the uh linking and connection of okrs and how everything connects together treeview often used at the high level leadership levels to to understand whether we are on or off track at the team department of company levels and the news feed which basically shows us everything that's happened in the company every update chronologically listed for today in time order i'm going to come back to the overview here uh the second column is all about the navigation so in general you will see your name at the top you may well see teams if you're in multiple teams but clicking on your name will actually take you directly to your weekly planning form this is where you plan out the week of what you're going to accomplish for the week as you'll see here even though i clicked at the top you'll see richard is in the sales team and i can click here to the sales team and see the team okay ask clicking in and updating the progress or i could click for example up to the company level and see the company level annual and quarterly okrs or objectives that are aligned to so basically this column is all about navigating the structure the other navigation area i want to talk about is this quarter this is time navigation so if i click to the right i can go to the next quarter if i click to the left i'll go back to this quarter or back to previous quarter so i could look in this case this would actually be this quarter is is q1 2020 but i've gone back to the previous quarter which would be q4 2021 um i could actually move into 2021 i could go back quickly here to any a quarter i want or i could just keep using the left arrow to give it to q3 to go to q2 etc so it gives me the ability to to go back i can click on the label and go straight back to this quarter as well so the section here is all about navigating just to say top right is where you can set uh up with done so it could be company settings it could be your account this allows you to personalize some of the settings for yourself and quick access to the people and teams which is also included under the company settings apart from that we have the main working sections of wheat done so all the data is displayed here and you can open and close dashboards you can open and close timelines you can select teams etc you can also go into what is called single objective view from here to see the details of a single objective with the timeline objective key results initiatives linked weekly plans that are set here etc and that's how you navigate we've done thank you bye
