Should you prioritize internal promotions even as an external candidate in the strong? >> You should always do what's best for the company. So, if somebody internal is a better candidate, then you should put them in the role. If somebody external is a better candidate, then you should put them in the role. In general, I prefer to promote people internally. In the beginning, I actually think you kind of have to index a little bit more on getting people that are a little more experienced because you're not experienced. So, if you're not experienced and they're not experienced and you probably won't even have the best judgment yet, then it's like we might want to bring in some people who do. I think another perspective you have to take is the team. [music] How long is it going to take an external person to mold to the culture of the team and gain all the context needed to be productive in the role versus how long is it going to take to train somebody internally on the new role who already has the culture and the context?
