My Hermes Agent was BLOATED

I audited 118 skills in my Hermes/Alex content-agent profile, removed the bloat, and verified the profile was down to 69 skills. This is the practical cleanup pass: open the Hermes dashboard, review what the Alex profile can actually use, build a delete list, keep creator-specific tools, remove stale default and dev-only skills, then hand the deletion back to Hermes with safer reasoning enabled. The rule I use here is simple: every skill has to earn its place in the profile it serves. A skill can be useful in general and still be wrong for Alex.
