The Family Law practitioner is expected to take great care to work with his clients to create a viable parenting plan, which is an agreement between parents who are either divorcing or who have never married. In its simplest of terms, a parenting plan establishes who will spend time with the children and when and under what circumstances. The parenting plan also determines who makes the major decisions about education, medical care and other important issues. In this broadcast of Forensic Perspectives, forensic accounting expert Mark S. Gottlieb speaks with family law attorney Leonard G. Florescue, Esq. regarding the role these plans play in the divorce process. About Our Guest Leonard G. Florescue is a Partner with Blank Rome LLP in their New York City offices. Mr. Florescue is an experienced attorney who advises clients primarily in complex matrimonial matters. His practice focuses on premarital and separation agreements, appellate practice, and tax issues. In addition to being an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School, he is a frequent columnist in the New York Law Journal on matters of domestic relations law. He is a founding member, co-president and board director of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, NY State Chapter.
