MCP stands for model context protocol. It's a protocol for providing context to models. So you just kind of flip the acronym into words, >> right? Modern models are very very capable because they're trained on a lot of content, but that content is generally snapped to a specific time frame, right? Like you might have a model that's been trained in 2024. If I want to use that model to then go and write a code snippet that uses a modern version of let's say React that got launched a week ago like not gonna know because like short of you pointing it somehow. So with MCP I can now essentially embed natural ways of connecting to let's say documentation or other applications or other apps that provide uh code snippets. That's
