Microsoft Teams Present Modes & PowerPoint Live

[Music] hi it's Phil from teach blend and in this quick video we're going to have a look at the Microsoft teams new present modes and how you can use these to engage your audience and we'll also look at PowerPoint live where you can actually view all of the your participants while presenting your PowerPoint I hope you find this video useful let's have a look at the Fantastic present modes in Microsoft teams meetings so I'm going to click the share button here and then what I can do is I can choose my presenter mode I'm going to choose content only for this first example and we'll work through them so I'm just going to press content only and then what I need to do is choose whether or not I'm going to display my screen or window I'll just display my window for this example you'll see now that the students will see me inside of Microsoft teams meetings on the right hand side in the view we normally used to let's have a click on stand out now and have a look at this here you'll see that what I'm actually doing now is I'm overlaid over the content I'm then going to use the side by side and in this option you'll see I'm actually side by side with the content for students so another really nice way of presenting and then finally we've also got the reporter mode where I'm a little bit bigger and the content's in the back so some fantastic ways to present to Learners we've also got some new updates inside of PowerPoint live as well so I'm just going to share my power PowerPoint live and you'll see here that I can actually use standout and content only to display myself over the content I can also do things such as translate slides for Learners and students can also do this themselves as well you can also change these back to various different languages throughout your PowerPoint you can use laser pointers highlighters and erasers as well I hope you found this video useful and if you did please remember to like And subscribe to teach blend
