I noticed door Loops effectivity within my company almost immediately um the first month that I I had to do owner distributions I asked for a support team to just walk me through it just to make sure I was doing everything correctly took like 5 minutes and and when it was all said and done I was kind of just sitting there shocked that it was really that easy my name is Andrew jenon my company is Elevate property management and I'm in Madison Wisconsin so my company specializes in Property Management typically single family homes condos duplexes currently serving 10 properties um and looking to grow and possibly double that this year my goal with working with owners is to make the process absolutely hands-off for them so I take care of everything from new applications uh payment processes uh finding new tenants all of that I chose to go with door loop after interviewing several other uh property management software companies and the reason I ended up going with DL was one uh based on a reference from a personal friend of mine who's also a property manager in the area and had all all positive things to say um but the biggest thing was the sales team um answering all my questions and handling that in a way that wasn't high pressure where I had to make a quick decision and sign up for a whole new thing uh really quickly before door loop I used another professional uh property management software uh but it was bloated software every link you click would open a new t Tab and so suddenly it's out of control and you have 75 tabs open and you can't navigate anything the biggest thing that door Loop differentiates itself from other property management softwares is really the the Simplicity of it and the user interface both using it on your on your phone uh or tablet on an app or the desktop version it's all the same it's all laid out very similar uh it's easy to get answers or uh respond to work orders billing anything that you need to do I favor door Loop feature right now is probably the dashboard which you can customize the widgets so all of the information that you want to quickly reference and and check on is all right there on the front page uh it's very easy to navigate as well um it's very intuitive now that I'm using door Loop software it's freed up a ton of my time uh to actually handle other things that might be going on I'm not coming in on a Saturday to do owner distributions because I can do that during the week in 5 minutes um so it's it's saving me a lot of time I have more time to spend with my family and my kids which is a big deal to [Music] me
