Less Indians in Quant Finance
About this lesson
As I have been talking to quantitative finance masters programs in the US, many are seeing less Indian applicants. This will reduce the amount of job seekers here in a few years however this also means there will be less top talent to choose from. As global and US politics change, the quantitative finance industry will face a shortage of talent as the majority of professionals in the US have come from abroad. How do we fix this shortage? How do we encourage more Americans, especially STEM undergrads to purse quantitative finance?
