In this video, I explain how to optimize a landing page for a consultancy business running Google Search Ads using GA4 behavior data.
The interesting insight here was simple but very powerful: around 40% of visitors were going straight from the landing page to the team page. That is not random behavior. It usually means people want trust, credibility, and reassurance before they contact you.
So what should you do first?
Should you add team member profiles or headshots on the landing page?
Should you add reviews, case studies, awards, and trust elements?
Should you embed a contact form directly on the page instead of forcing visitors to go to a separate contact page?
