The third module, 'Manufacturing and Finance', will equip you with knowledge of core day-to-day internal operations across manufacturing processes and quality management. Finally, in the fourth module, 'Leadership, Human Resources, and ESG,' you will explore different leadership skills and styles, HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) factors in modern businesses.
