What do you think interest rates will do this week? I think the rates are on their way up again! This channel is about all things commercial real estate. You can expect weekly videos and daily shorts covering everything from the basics of CRE to underwriting deals and models. I hope to inspire and educate more people about the industry and keeping up with the current market trends. I have been an active operator in the real estate industry for 4 years, doing everything from acquisitions, underwriting, property management, leasing, financing, and dispositions. I have completed over 70 residential fix-n-flip transactions in the Las Vegas market and several hundred thousand square feet of office, retail, and industrial space with a few hundred apartment dispositions. I am currently working in several markets such as Las Vegas, Hawaii, Southern California, Reno, Phoenix, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Florida.
