I accidentally built a startup, and I'm not joking. Three weeks ago, it was just a tiny tool that I was using for one annoying problem that I wanted to fix. And now, this thing on the screen over here has turned into the, well, at least the beginnings of a very lean bootstrapped startup. More on that coming later. But first of all, what was the problem I was trying to solve? So, if you've ever seen Tank that I've been using to orchestrate my AI agents, I got incredibly frustrated that Anthropic said, "We're taking away all programmatic usage. You can only get your max plan used inside the Claude chat, or Claude code, or Claude co-work." So, I thought, "Right. Okay, how do I solve that very tiny problem?" And then I thought, "Well, actually, do you know what? I can just write a small little app that Unity, may I say, and also a roadmap forming. Uh basically, my community have grabbed this by the horns and turned it into a real product. I mean, I am literally getting flooded. And I said just a couple of days ago on my live stream that I'm realizing I'm the bottleneck. Look at all these pull requests, and they're not stopping. They've even got comments. They're coming from everyone. Uh Josh Woll, we've got Lindsay in there, EAdmin too. We've got Steve, Gregor. I mean, I I just can't keep up with this. So, something I invented to solve a very tiny little problem has suddenly grown legs of its own and started running. What do I do? >> [laughter] >> But ask for help. So, today, live, I'm building the whole company from scratch. This is kind of turning into a watch-me-build-in-public kind of thing, I guess. The team, the tools, the repos, everything that I'm doing, all on camera. You're basically watching a side project that was trying to solve one single pain become a startup in real time. So, this is a live stream for about an hour. There'll be no edits, no hiding, no messy bits, or actually, probably lots of messy bits. Uh but we'll we'll get to that. That's all going to happen during this show. And I also wanted to say for goodwill here, I am actually also streaming live on X right now and I'm constantly trying to grow the presence on X. Yesterday we did funny things with AI tools changing me into different characters using generative AI. Well, today we are making a start up in real time. So if you wouldn't mind throwing a like on this, you can also repost as well and put a quote. This is insane. Build in public. You don't have to quote it, you can just like it. You can just follow, but whatever you do, if you're around on X, that would be very super appreciated. Okay, so let's get down to it and let's show you how it's quite meta. We've got chaos in the house. We've got Jay in the house watching on YouTube right now. So wherever you're watching, I'm really glad to have you here. Let's get down to it and show you what's happening. Now it's it's quite ironic actually. I wanted to show you. I've just started the onboarding for Claude and I'm not using it for personal use. I'm using it with my team. So the first thing I'm doing to the core people who are going to help me out build Tank out and make it the most insane AI agentic coding thing framework harness, whatever you want to call it, ever. They're going to join in with the Claude team. So I'll say with my team to onboarding. And of course the team is going to be the creator magic team. So I'm literally creating this in real time on screen. I'm actually signing up for this account as we go now to show you how this starts up goes. And obviously anyone who helps me build build the core of Tank, I want to make sure they've got access to credits. So let's see here. So first of all, I'm paying in euros. We're a Cyprus company. So I'll pay annually I think cuz that saves a little bit of cash, and you start off with two seats, but you can up or down the seats. Now, you might ask, "Why am I signing up for a plan like this at all when I can just get people individual Claude accounts?" Well, Anthropic have not stopped shipping, and I wanted to show you two things that I think make Claude and Anthropic an even better deal and just like a no-brainer. And if I can do it in real time during this stream, I'll show you the setup of this. Well, essentially, they launched this thing just last night called Tag Claude. Look at this, Tag Claude, and you can literally Tag Claude in Slack. I'm not going to play you the 2-minute video here that they made. Um, you could watch it. I mean, tens of thousands of you have watched it already, but essentially, you can Tag Claude inside Slack, and I've got a Slack here where I'm bringing in my Tank Corps. This is really interesting. Anyway, I want to show you this in real time. Also, don't know if you know this, but I went to Claude's channel just the other day, and I noticed they've got this really cool animated Claude, and it's Claude FM. Claude FM literally plays in the background while you vibe code. I only just found that out today. Anyway, and the final thing I wanted to show you, I think Claude is back, by the way, Vindex and Outfit AI. I I'm pretty sure it's back, um, but I can't be certain, you know, it might be, it might not. Anyway, um, I wanted to show you something else that you may or may not have noticed under the team pricing area here. So, you can get team or enterprise, and it comes with a bunch of different seats. You can pay for extra usage here, um, but hang on, wait, what what's this? What what I'm going to build a Claude team in real time and get this up and running. Now, um, it's very interesting because you can basically choose, hang on, let me show you this on the screen. So, I'm choosing my seating plan, and, uh, I can basically choose the kind of seats I have. So, I'm going to get two of the premium seats, uh, for the builders who are going to be helping me to build and I'm going to get a few other standard seats here and then we can pay that so I need to fill out this detail. Obviously I'm not going to do that on camera because I'm going to type in a card detail here but we'll get that all in here with the company name and everything. This is actually quite boring so talk amongst yourselves but if I get favorable result of signing up to Claude Teams plan I will be blown away. Like literally blown away. So we'll just see and that'll be cool then I'll integrate it straight into tank. >> [laughter] >> I know this is like wild stuff isn't it? Okay so let me get this sorted out. I'm just going to sign up and make sure everything is hunky-dory so we can have everything good. So bear with me as I set up this Teams plan off the camera of course. I want to make sure I've got everything correct and then I'll submit it. Okay, got to put in some details here to pay Claude rather large plan just to get access to this new Claude tag feature that I'm going to show you. So a lot of people asking how can I help you build? So I did put a job recruitment message inside my school community which I'll show you. If you're not a member there is a link to join up down below. I'm basically recruiting within my community cuz those guys get me. You already get me. So I've been recruiting in here. I became the bottleneck. So many of you love this and responded. Which is awesome and so this is this is where the action is coming from. This is where the builders are and by the way we're going live inside the community in 51 minutes literally after this live stream to do a real then yes I've got a European VAT number so now I've got to copy and paste that obviously doing this all off screen cuz I'm buying seats on a Claude Teams plan and then I want to stick Claude Tag into Slack so that when my team come in, they can literally talk to this living Claude thing that lives inside Slack that will eventually connect to all the repos on GitHub, and I'm hoping to show you a bit of that setup as well during this live stream. Okay, this is the point where I just sweat a little bit because I can't believe I'm doing this. Um I just want to read on the screen. I'll read out loud to you what I've typed in. Obviously, I'm not going to show you my card details. Um so, I am paying annually for a Claude team plan. I'm paying for three standard seats and two premium seats at the moment. That's a lot of euro. And uh I've put in my address, my card number, all of that. I've put in the company name. I've put in the VAT number. Okay, looks good. So, I'm going to click subscribe and pay. And then hopefully, I'll be able to show you the next screen once that uh transaction hopefully goes through. Wonder if I need confirmation to to make that transaction. Anyway, Anthropic, love you and uh sending you money now. It's verifying. Oh, look at that. Welcome to Create a Magic. Okay, fantastic. Right, now I can start assigning seats. This is amazing. So, uh Anthropic, love you so much. I'm setting up a Teams account uh with Claude uh Create a Magic. This is absolutely awesome. So, I can assign uh these premium seats and everything like that. I don't know, maybe I will just do that later and get that going on, but I've got my seats there ready to go. I can also send out invite links. Um so, that's all ready to go, but I'll continue for the moment without inviting. I just want to see if I can get Claude Tag into Slack. Uh okay, so this is the the whole onboarding thing where I have to say, "What am I doing?" I guess I'm a a founder CEO, and uh here we are. Okay, right, and boom, look at this. So, Claude works where your team already works. Tag Claude in Slack. So, this is the new feature I wanted to try out and I wanted to roll out to the core builders on tank. Tag Claude in Slack and it works directly with the whole team, does real work in your team's apps and with its own credentials. This is going to be absolutely huge for any managing things like Git repos and stuff like that. Gathers context continuously and remembers what it learns. They basically built open Claude for companies, haven't they? That's That's what Anthropic have done. Open Claude for companies here. This is amazing. Or her his agent if you like. Works as proactively as you want staying in the background by default. And I did watch the video and it's amazing. So, just to give you a bit of an overview of what I think this feature can do, which I'm going to set up right now. By the way, hi Mahesh. Vendex in there. Lots of you chatting away right now, joining in. Just throw a like if you're enjoying this so far. Hopefully, you're going to learn a lot and you're going to watch me build in real time here. So, yes, you'll be able to at tag Claude inside a Slack channel. And it doesn't just chat to you like a chatbot. It actually does the work for you. That's why I find it interesting. It runs under its own identity. It has its own accounts. All of its credentials are logged. It remembers context across days. One of the things I found interesting when I watched the video about it when they launched it just under 24 hours ago. It can have something called I think ambient mode where it constantly checks things like things on your Kanban board, things in your to-do list, and then it surfaces them to the team inside Slack. So, it's like, "Hey, where are we with pull request 25? Hey, where are we with contracts? Hey, where are we with onboarding?" And the demo actually Anthropic put out the other day which just blew my mind. Someone from sales tagged engineering and said, "Hey, we want to tag in Slack which is amazing. So, yeah, Contraflex is saying, "Claude, want you to use those limits?" Of course. So, it can open pull requests. It can land changes straight into a repo. Access is per channel so you can split it out which is amazing. Legal channels for instance for contracts and stuff like that. It can see your code but it doesn't cross context which is amazing. Memory respects all the walls that you set up and yeah, it does all kinds of stuff. It's fully multiplayer as well which is amazing. So essentially I want this one agent that lives in a shared space that anyone on the core team can ping and basically get it to build. So yeah, like I say 65% of Anthropic products are being built using this right now. It's definitely not a toy. Okay, so let's go back in. Now we've got this set up and obviously going to add some team members in later and bring them into Slack but let's set up Claude tag and see what happens. Okay, so I can set it up with Slack. It's available in Slack. Let members of your organization work with Claude in Slack channels. This is exactly what I want to do. I'm going to click the setup button and yes, I can see it needs me to Okay, I can show you this on the screen. So set up Claude tag. It says install Claude for Slack. Send this message in any channel of the workspace you're connecting at Claude connect and then paste in the code that Claude sends you and then set up Claude tag in the whole workspace which is recommended or a specific channel. I'll do it for the whole workspace cuz I think this is going to be super super powerful. So yeah, you're absolutely right Vindex for the development of an app like Tank it's going to be incredible and later in this live stream if I don't get to I'll definitely show it in my build clinic for the members in the community. I'm setting up a Kanban board inside GitHub to basically keep track of all the wonderful things that everyone is proposing to build into Tank which is just amazing. It's going to be just the most amazing orchestration system for agentic agents that do coding and other stuff. I can't wait to get into this. So okay, all right. So let's do this. So I'm going to click uh install Claude for Slack. Let's click that button and we'll wait for it to load up. Okay, so yeah, there's an app that needs to be installed. So, again, I'm showing you some things on screen and then some things I'm not just because of like API keys and stuff like that. Okay, so yeah, I can show you this. So, basically right now, it's asking me to add the Claude app to Slack. It's very, very simple. So, I add this to Slack. It authorizes with my Claude team's account and suddenly Claude is going to pop up in Slack and start gaining context and memories from everything that happens in Slack. So, this is going to be huge. So, what what I'll do right now is click the add to Slack button uh and let that roll. Um okay, it's just asking me to add Okay, so it's going through OAuth now. I think again, I think I can show you this. Nothing sensitive here. Um so, essentially, Claude app wants to access Slack and it wants to get into the workspace Create-a-Magic and Claude can view the content and info about channels, uh stuff about the workspace, perform actions, which is important. Um this is cool. I I really feel like this is This is the end game. This is the OpenClaude or Hermes agent for business. Because that's been the big problem, hasn't it? No one's going to throw all their API keys into OpenClaude if they're like a a business building things because, you know, it's dangerously skip permissions, isn't it? Whereas, this is the more um Anthropic walled garden way, I guess, if you like, of doing things. Okay, so I'm clicking allow on my screen now um and I can see that Claude has been installed. So, close the window, return to Slack. Uh okay, cool, cool, cool. So, I'm going to do the whole onboarding thing now with Claude and then try and get Claude into Slack and get things working. So, now that's done, um I can actually message Claude Connect. All right, so I should be able to message Claude Connect. Okay, let's go uh and have a little look. Hang on a second. Right, okay. So, I can see here okay, this is Creator Magic Slack that I'm setting up to work on Tank. I've got a Tank Ops agent myself that I've created. I have got a Slack channel which is informing me that I've installed Claude which has an AI assistant or agent on Creator Magic. This is perfect. This is what I wanted. Thank you very much. And this is Claude. So, yeah, so what have I got to do to get Claude working? This is going to be interesting. So, send this message in any channel of the workspace you're connecting. Okay, so I need to do this and then paste a special code which probably I can't show you cuz it's unique. So, I will just go into um I will go into a Creator Magic channel or I wonder if I can just DM Claude. I don't know. Let's do it in a Creator Magic channel. So, at the moment what I'm typing on the screen, I can actually show you this. I am typing in @Claude connect to the engine room where we got the core team channel for further development of Tank. And I'm going to hit enter to this and see what comes back. So, I'll tell you what comes back. I mentioned Claude but they're not in the channel. Okay, so I need to add I need to add Claude to the channel. Okay. Oh, oh, okay. So, I can show you something and I can't show you something else. Okay. So, here we go. Let's just show this bit on the screen. So, I messaged @Claude connect. This is the new Claude tag thing released only 24 hours ago or less actually. It's been added to Tank core by me. The Slack bot said, "Okay, Claude is in the channel." And Claude has introduced itself saying, "I'm Claude, an AI assistant by Anthropic." Okay, when you mention me, I automatically read recent messages. I can analyze files. I can process messages. Your conversations are private. Bloody, bloody, blah. This is really, really cool stuff. Okay, I'm excited about this. Now, it has given me a unique code here that expires in 15 minutes, which probably on a live stream is a good thing. Um so, now I'm going to go um back into here and I'm going to paste in here the code that it's given me, give it access to my whole Slack workspace, and click next, okay? So, that's what's happening now. But again, this kind of stuff is happening uh off the screen. It's saying connecting, connecting, connecting. Okay, it's done. This is freaking insane. Like, this is awesome. Okay, so basically, it allowed this and it said give Claude Tag access, okay, create an access bundle. So, access bundle name is Slack default. Now, look at this. We immediately have apps. I see what Anthropic are doing here, and this is huge. By the way, if you think someone uh who's running a business or working on a startup would benefit from seeing how Claude Tag works to manage their whole team and work with and talk to their whole team, um definitely share this video with them. Let them know to come into the stream. We're going to go for another 40 minutes working on this, setting up as much as we can. And then when I finish the live stream and my members-only build clinic, I'm going to invite uh the core team uh that I chatted with yesterday. Awesome people, by the way. Can't wait to get this rolling. Um and then we're going to really start spinning some stuff up. So, they are doing open Claude connections um for the Slack workspace. Look at this. You can connect Asana, Datadog, GitLab, Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, like literally everything. Notion. Okay, where's GitHub though? >> [laughter] >> That's the only thing I would have liked to have seen. You've got GitLab here. What about GitHub? Connect another app, maybe? Okay. Uh let's see. Oh, I see. So, you can do like ah so, you can give Claude its own API keys and stuff like this. This is pretty insane. Okay, this is a good start. I wonder if there's anything I can connect it to uh for a little demo here just to try it out. I mean, we could connect it to notion. Don't know if I want to connect it to stripe just yet. That's That's a bit courageous, isn't it? What do we reckon? Google Drive, things like that. Notion may be a good test century for testing Vercel. Interesting. And then just generally APIs. This is going to be good because eventually I could connect Claude to the Tank API for instance. This would be insane. Allowed websites, interesting authorization. Okay. Trying to figure out how how exactly this might work nicely. I mean, where's honestly, where's GitHub? Why is there no GitHub in here? They even said in the demo video, you'll be able to have it control your repos. Hey Richard, welcome along. So many of you are joining in and you're probably what's happening wondering what's happening, right? So by accident trying to solve one of my own pains, I created a kind of mini startup idea. And now more than 100 people have joined my community and accessed the code and started modding it like hell and making pull requests. So, we're formulating a core team to be able to triage this stuff and build Tank to be something incredible that everyone can use. But in order to do that, I need to I need to get things set up. So, I'm setting up a Claude tag. This is a a brand new feature. Okay, so um Should we just connect it to notion or something for a test? Or maybe we'll just leave this for now and just see what Claude tag can do on its own. Okay, uh set a spending limit. Oh my goodness me. Claude in Slack runs on usage credits. Set the max your org can spend on Claude each month. Okay, so um yeah, that button is a bit scary, isn't it? How much do we want at Claude to spend each month? So, you got to set a usage limit. That's really important. So, I'm going to set my own usage limit up and then we got the last step here, Opus 4.8. Um access bundles, add or edit access bundles to attach connections and plugins. Okay, let's have a look at this. So, we've got Slack default, new bundle. What plugins can I put in here? Adobe for creativity. Ooh. This is very interesting. And you can add channels down here. I see. Okay, so that would be the Slack channels it can appear in. So, I think under here I can actually add different channels and add different plugins to different channels. This is getting incredible. Okay, what have we got here? Let's Oh, Base 44. Okay, so is GitHub in here maybe? Maybe it's a plugin. No GitHub. No GitHub? What's going on Anthropic? >> [laughter] >> I've just spent money on a Teams plan and I can't even connect GitHub. But there's a lot of stuff here, Box. Okay, interesting. We'll have to see uh how exactly this works. There's Figma in there. Knowledge work, so many knowledge work plugins. This is definitely going to be interesting. Zapier's in there. That's nice to see. So, a lot of good stuff. Access bundles, audit logs, all of that good stuff. It is connected. Uh so, I guess I can give it a go maybe and give it a test and uh and test Claude out and see if Claude tag works. So, let's go onto the screen here. Uh @Claude. There it is. Okay. Are you there? Let's just see if Claude replies to me. Claude is analyzing. Oh, this is epic. Look at this. So, this is Claude tag in action. Very interesting stuff. And then I want to see if I can teach it some stuff about what we're building with Tank. So, that the moment I bring the other team members in here, they're going to be able to chat to Claude and get up to date on what's happening. Searching. Oh, one reply. Okay. Let's have a look. What does it say in the thread? >> [laughter] >> Seriously? I just spent thousands of dollars on Claude and it hit API rate limits. Anthropic, what's going on? This is live. I told you it was going to be messy, didn't I? I want my money back. >> [laughter] >> What's going on here? >> [gasps] >> Well, it did say actually your usage limits weren't set up. So, maybe before I I start going crazy, maybe I should see if I can find out where I set up my spending limits. Spending limit wasn't saved. You can set it in settings under usage. But, where is usage? Oh, my goodness. Where is usage? Settings, personal settings, usage. Where is use Oh, there's usage. Okay. So, I'll click usage on there and see if I can set up something for Claude tag. Okay, yeah. Nice. I did select a figure and it just decided to put me on unlimited spend limit. >> [laughter] >> That's nice. Well, it's a way to token max, isn't it? It's definitely a way to token max. >> [laughter] >> Oh, my goodness. I'm having so much fun here. I don't know what I'm vibe start-upping at the moment. Anyway, I think it's time right now for a short intermission to say we are live on X and some of you are even following like Richard. Thank you, Richard, for the follow since my live stream. We've also got Glenn who liked this. If you're watching live on X right now, if you wouldn't mind throwing the the heart shape or something like that, that'd be really nice. So, yes, yeah, absolutely. I've got to say chaos 6313, my wallet is hurting >> [laughter] >> now. So, okay. Don't worry though, not all is lost because I can edit the spend limit and I'll just stick in um let's just put in 100 bucks minimum to start with. Uh okay, now we good. Okay, so maybe I can now go back to Slack and have a chat with Claude. Uh All good now? Is my money good for you? Let's find out. Come on. Come on, Claude, you can do it. Come on, Claude. Give me a response. Oh, two replies. Okay. No, that's me. Where's Claude then? Oh, do I need to tag Claude? Yes, I probably do. @Claude Do you speak? It's ignoring me. Oh, no. >> [laughter] >> What is going on? Wait for a moment and mention me to continue. Honestly, guys, help me out. Am I obviously making a mistake here setting up Claude tag? Is there Is there something I'm doing wrong? Did you try out all my Claude code and CCG? I think it was the fusion that you were reviewing, 33 labs. I definitely need to check that out. It sounds really interesting. How do I get Claude tag to work then? Guys, honestly, help me out here. Am I doing something wrong? @Claude Are you there? Let's see. Come on. Putting it all together. That's what I like to read, putting it all together. >> [laughter] >> This is the first tool any decent team needs, right, to stay in real-time communication. Okay, we've got a reply. Oh. What am I doing wrong? Honestly, is anyone from Anthropic watching? I've literally just dropped 3,000 euros on a Teams plan, and I can't get it to work. I'm just going to stop the stream now. >> [laughter] >> What do I do? Uh, watch me melt in public. I might move on to the next thing. Guys, come on, help me out here. Um, if anyone has a bright idea or can see what I'm obviously doing wrong with Claude Tag, uh, maybe I should use Claude to troubleshoot Claude. Um, because I don't know. I just don't know. I hit API rate limits and stopped after retrying. Does Claude have a doctor like Open Claude? I wish it did. What am I supposed to do here? I don't know. Monthly spend limit. Current balance. Oh, I see. I need to buy usage credits. All right. So, I've just spent money for the Teams plan. Now, I need to buy extra usage credits on top. Right. Okay, makes sense. Okay, let's buy some usage credits. Woo. This is going to be an expensive live stream. >> [laughter] >> Oh my goodness me. Oh my goodness me. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, my my credit card is already connected now. How many usage credits do I want? Oh my goodness. How many usage credit Guys, how many usage credits do I buy? Um, Tech Center, I'm not sure what's up with the sound. Does everyone find the sound that's okay? I don't know. Or is it is it going crazy? I have no idea. All right. Uh, let's get some usage credits pumped into Claude and see if we can, um, we can get this Claude Tag working cuz that would be really, really cool. Okay, another purchase is going through to Claude. Woohoo. Confirming your purchase. >> [laughter] >> Isn't this great? I'm just throwing money at Anthropic today. Almost done. Nice. Oh, yes. Purchase successful. I even saved money and I can turn on auto reload later. >> [laughter] >> Oh my goodness. What is going on here? Okay, what is going on here? I've got no idea. Um but Sarah is saying the sound is fine. We're all good. So no problem. Go small first, you can always increase. That's a great tip, Richard. Uh okay, fine. I've put money into Claude tag. Now, after buying a Teams account and topping up usage credits at Claude, did my wallet look good this time? Evaluating. I'm being evaluated. Analyzing. Let's see. Actually, despite um what the chat is saying, I do think Anthropic Claude is worth it. It's the best AI out there and they are doing things. I just hope that I can connect this to GitHub. That's the only thing. Generating response and boom. Come on. Give me that answer. Is it going to give me an answer? I'd love it to give me an answer. It's taking its time. Reviewing findings. Summarizing findings. It's taking a while. Generating response. No API limits this time, I hope. Mhm. It's taking a while to answer. That might be a good sign. Let's see. Processing. Still taking its time. Okay, one reply has come in. Let's have a look here. And yes, checking. Though heads up, I don't have anything to compare against. There's no wallet you've shared with me here, no image file, and this time doesn't match anything in this channel's history. If you posted a screenshot or sent it somewhere, drop it in the thread and I'll take a look. Okay, good. Claude Opus 4.81 million is running. Okay, this is interesting. Can I open that session in Claude if needed? This is cool. Okay. Okay, I need to tell you about what we are doing. Can I give some info on the app we build? Ideally, I would like to connect you. Let's see if it can do it. To GitHub. So, you can see the repo and gather context yourself. Can you guide me through this? All right, let's get rid of the Slack message here and see what we can do. So, Rainmakers Club is wondering what I'm doing. So, I'm presently setting up Slack for team that I'm going to work on Tank, the core of Tank, which is my AI agentic orchestration coding tool, if you like. That can run multiple AI coding agents at the same time. Oh, hang on. I didn't tag Claude. So, I see Yeah, so basically, anytime you have a normal conversation in here and don't tag Claude, it's not going to respond. So, I'm tagging Claude in now and we'll see if we can get some information and maybe get connected into GitHub. That would be really cool. In the meantime, while we let this go, thank you, Sarah. Really good catch there on the @ tagging Claude. Um we've got like a Kanban board set up inside Creator Magic GitHub organization where we got a tank road map. So this is a project called tank road map and very shortly going to invite some of the team members in here where we'll have pull reviews all in review here and they can be merged in and moved over here. Roles and agreements so actually just sent out those roles and agreements earlier. So those are in progress right now. Next up we're going to get a modules manager live so anyone can contribute modules to tank and then we've got other stuff such as governance with branch protection maybe a small open source version of tank called open tank unless you guys think of a better name for it. Tank mods for the community marketplace basically helping beginners get started as well because that's one of the key things. A lot of my favorite nerds watch me here on YouTube but also we want to get beginners into orchestrating AI agents as well and then potentially the boring stuff domain and docs. This is what a card looks like in a GitHub Kanban board. Essentially we'll get the sub domain spun up and then we'll use Cloudflare to do that and then the docs probably via Mintlify because that's a really good way of giving users AI agentic search over your documentation. It also works nicely as a top of funnel as well because people can read the docs, see that your tool does exactly the thing they're trying to do and then hopefully they'll get involved in that. Okay, we've got a nice long answer from Claude inside Slack now. Okay, yes let's do it. Easiest path connect GitHub in the Claude code web app open the repo environment settings for this session and authorize the GitHub app for the org that owns the repo. That grants me access to the repos you select. Okay, Claude code on the web pick the repo. Once GitHub's connected select the repo or repos you want me in and I'll clone it fresh into this session. Tell me about the app done whatever context you want what it does, the stack, what you're building, important bits. I'll cross-ref it against the actual code once I see it. All right, so step-by-step, we need to go to Claude Code on the web to get this rolling. So, I think that would be an excellent thing to do. All right, so let's see if we can get things connected. Wow. This is This is a lot all at once. Claude Code on the web. So, I think I need to load Claude AI/code. I think that's where we need to go. Yes, I can do this. So, what is the purpose of tagging? Asks official jpoint. Is it just a way to use Claude within different apps such as Slack? So, basically, this new Claude tag gets context over your whole organization, builds memories over time, remembers things, can see things like GitHub repos, and most importantly, and I think we established this earlier, you can actually go into the Claude tag settings here, and you can give it access to bundles. So, you can actually create a bundle of apps that you want Claude to access, and I'm sure they'll probably expand this as we go, but essentially, you can connect in all your things, all your Gmails and things like that. Oh, why did I not see repositories? Oh, I can do it here. I just I was in credentials. So, we've got domains. I can connect Claude to domains as well. Give Claude access to domains without credentials. Wildcards are allowed. Wow, so it can read stuff like that. All the plugins here and instructions. Oh, I see, specific instructions when a bundle is used. Got it. This is super cool. Okay, so we've got an untitled profile. And I see, so I think trying to figure this out. Untitled profile used in one place. Okay, but where is that place right now? Create a magic overall. So, maybe I should actually add this bundle just for a channel. Let's add a channel and we need to get the channel ID. So, I'm going to get the channel ID, pop it in there, and get it sorted out. Let's actually do this now. So, I will get my uh channel ID, which is uh Tank Core. Okay, so let's pop this in and get this all hooked up. Uh so, that is Tank Core. And then what did we uh what do we call this? Let's have a look here. Um Yeah, private home for the Tank Core team strategy decisions and build. Um and then Yes, good stuff. Okay, that looks good. All right, so I think we're good to go with that. No need for a system prompt right now. We'll just save that. So, this is Tank Core. I see. So, we've got an inherited bundle that comes from the main organization, the Slack default. Ah, this is awesome. So, this is where it gets powerful. So, now I can say only my Tank Core team in Slack, cuz I could have other channels, can access like repo information. So, now, okay, so we've got different bundles here. Untitled profile, let's bring that in and let's edit that. Let's give it a name. Let's call it Tank Core. And that will be saved and then we'll go to repositories and we'll get started with GitHub. Okay, so if we get started with GitHub, we can actually connect GitHub and enable the integration. This is really, really good. Okay, so we're going to connect GitHub now so that that connects to the Create a Magic GitHub and we should be good to go. So, all I have to do is literally click this connect button and it should connect in to my GitHub organization. And then I should be able to have a really powerful conversation with the Claude tag and eventually have it doing things like merging pull requests and stuff like that. So, this is very, very, very exciting. Okay. So, uh first of all I click that button it wants me to sign in to connect Claude tag. So I'm going to do that obviously off screen now with my credentials. So bear with me and then we'll get this all figured out. Have a look here grabbing those credentials and we'll see what we've got here. This is really cool. Okay. So we'll go for um this here. Password in. Sign in. Okay. Just need to put my authorization code and then we should be able to see a little bit more. Verifying it. Okay, epic. So it says install Claude. Where do you want to install it? Obviously in the creator magic organization. So I'm going to click that and get it all connected up and then I can choose whether I want to give it access to all repositories or only selected repository. So I could for instance only give it access to tank or one thing. But in this case it can access everything if it wants. That would be good or maybe just the tank thing and you know what to start with we'll just scope it into tank which is this one here. That is the repository that we're working on as a team. So I'll now install and authorize that and that should then connect to GitHub. This might take a moment. We'll give it a moment off screen. We've got SNBS Pavlov who says thank you for your courageous jump into the new AI features. Did you find useful Odysseus? I found it very impressive. Definitely impressive uh AI self-hosted awesomeness that can run local models from PewDiePie. If you haven't seen my live stream on that that was a couple of weeks ago that was awesome. Okay, I can see this is all connected now. So creator magic organization is active connected today. We can manage the permissions on GitHub. So I guess I can farm out further details. So This is really good. That's connected via Claude code I see. But now if I go back to Claude tag and we look at tank core and now I want to make sure that it's got the repo here. So creator magic connect. Okay, connect. It was as simple as that. So that's where get is. So now tank core will inherit that repo plus anything I put at the creator magic level. This is very very cool. Okay, so now I'm going to chat to Claude again and I'm going to say at Claude just connected the tank repo. Can you tell me what it is all about and explain to me what it does in simple terms. Let's just see if Claude now in my slack uh can actually gain access to all the information it needs. We'll wait. We'll see. And we'll see what comes back. Just gathering the information. Hopefully it's going to reach out. I wonder if there's any way I can see the usage that's occurring here. 1 euro 35 spent. Okay. Oh. It'll be interesting to watch over time how much money this churns through. I'm not concerned if it does a good job on it. Taking a look at the tank repo now and I'll explain what it does in plain terms. Okay, this is good stuff. So what do I just wait now? >> [laughter] >> Do I just wait? I guess I wait. Oh. But if this is as powerful as I think it is Oh. Exploring tank repo read me. Okay, and it's got a to-do list here. Summarize what it is and what it does in plain terms. Mhm. How much is this chugging through in terms of credits? How often does this refresh, I wonder? 194. Okay, it's going up. >> [laughter] >> Let's see. Obviously, it's using a large amount of its context window now to read the Tank repo. And we can see how this works over time, but let's just wait and feel it out, see what it brings back. Um Yeah, I'd love this to be a little more visual to show that it's still working, but we can see this dot is empty, indicating it's presently summarizing the repo. But the good thing is, once it knows what the repo does, hopefully it doesn't have to keep re-educating itself. Which is good. And I can see this being an amazing way of just managing everything that happens and everything that's added to Tank and all the pull requests that come in. Um in a lot of cases, I think Claude can autonomously do a lot of the work here. Um which will be amazing. Such a great time-saver as well. Let's see what comes in. It's really taking its time. Now, I can open session in Claude, which is interesting. So, I wonder if I were to click that button, like, is it going to open me up a session in Claude so I can watch it live? Let's actually try that. And uh oh, I can enable notifications. Not now. Sessions will show up here. Okay, interesting, but it didn't seem to pop that session open for me. Which is uh interesting. Not sure why. Um but okay, fair enough. So, we can't see that session in action, but it has summarized now. So, hopefully now we should get a a back. Now, the two to-do's are ticked off here. So, we'll see if we can get a nice summary of what the repo is about and what it's trying to do. Oh, look at this. Okay, wow. Okay. Here's the gist of Tank. Create a magic {slash} Tank. Default branch is develop. This is good stuff. It's a self-hosted dashboard. Think mission control for running AI coding agents on a machine you control. What it does plainly, you open the dashboard in your browser, click new, pick a project and an AI agent, type a prompt, Tank launches the coding agent in the background on your server, hands it your prompt, let it work on its own. You watch it live in the browser. Every step and result streams in and you can pop open a real terminal to look over its shoulder. When it finishes, Tank saves the final answer and tears down the throwaway session. You can send follow-ups that pick up the same chat, uh stop it and do all of that. So, it's a basically a terminal engine. In one line, it turns command-line coding agents into a managed fleet you can kick off and supervise from a single screen. Well, this is exactly my vision behind Tank, so I'm glad that it's got it right. A few things worth knowing, Claude Code is the only agent fully wired up today. The readme advertises Claude, Codex, Grok, and Antigravity, but the multi-agent support is mostly scaffolding. Actually, that's not true. It runs agents with permissions prompts bypass so they can act without stopping to ask, and it does ship with auth on by default. A fresh install lands you in a private access link rather than leaving it wide open, and it gives some of the background stuff. Happy to go deeper if you like. Uh I'm just going to ask it there. Um Can you double-check? Because yeah, Codex, Grok, and Antigravity should be wired into. Let's see what it comes back with. So, we can see Claude is thinking and it comes up down there. Fair, let me check the actual back-end code rather than the design doc. Digging into each agent's implementation now. Okay, interesting. So, it didn't do a full analysis of the code base. I have to really push it to do things. But, I'm wondering in real time while this thread pings away, can I also ping Claude and say, "@Claude uh look at all pull requests." requests and triage, for instance. I'm going to need to go in 10 minutes, but I definitely wanted to just get this started and show you a little bit of the way I'm thinking and how we are getting on with the start of this. So, this is all looking good. It's evaluating, analyzing, and we've got Claude over here analyzing the back-end. Okay, this is good. It's thrown me a reaction here to say it's looking. Look at pull requests and triage. We've got a new reply thread over here. Okay, so it's Oh, wow, this is cool. It's listing the open pull requests, triaging each. Uh it's actually looking at the state, the CI, the age, the reviewers, the conflicts, and it will post a summary. So, let's see what comes back here and whether we get another response to the multi-agent integration. But, very interesting stuff to start with. This is going to be a great way of getting started, I think. We will see exactly what's in here. Again, meanwhile, if we go into usage over here, let's have a look. Uh give that a little refresh. So, now we're at โ‚ฌ4.33 spending on just these chats here. So, that's kind of the the space of how much this is costing on usage credits. How many parallel threads can run on Claude at the same time? I think a whole number of them, right? Because that's the idea of Claude Tag is multiple people and team members can act at Claude and get it responding with different answers. So, I think that's really cool. But, you do have to wait a while. So, it's it's async really. It's like you give it a prompt and you wait for it to come back. But, I can see this being really useful and um yeah, very soon I'm going to click the invite invite others in here and and get this all started up. But, yeah. So, Tank is proving to be incredibly helpful because Oh, look at this. It's actually finished finding me nice sushi restaurants in London. This is something I spun up at the start of the stream. It's giving me a bunch of different sushi places to go and visit, which is really nice. >> [laughter] >> So, burning money, huh? Burning money. Yes, there are definitely other ways you can do this. But, I think for a team working together like Anthropic have built a really elegant solution here. We've got another reply up here. So, let's have a look at this. Okay, you're right. I was wrong. Yes, saying only Claude is wired in. I've just checked and also Codex Grok and Anti-gravity full implementations searchable today. All four are locked in. It gives me some like structure here. The only gaps are minor and intentional. Grok and Anti-gravity don't get precise token usage yet. So, it's actually surfacing errors. I can definitely see how that could potentially be useful for me. Um so, yeah. If you're a big team working on big things together, this is going to be really good. But, do bear in mind it's it's not as instance as instant as it was shown in the video the initial video where you actually set things up and it just goes through these to-dos in like a couple of seconds. As you can see, it's still stuck on listing the open pull requests. Then, it's going to start triaging and it's going to give me a summary here in the chat. In fact, do we get something more here? Yep, it's it's finished it all. So, this is finished. It says it's taken around 2 minutes and boom. Wow, look at that. It's pulled in all the pull requests. Need attention first. Provider based plan usage. Uh Yes, absolutely blocking out API key fields. This is so needed. Uh and then we've got some pull requests targeting main instead of develop. So, we need to look into this. Uh and fast wins, these are all uh easy ones to merge in. Very very interesting stuff. Very interesting stuff. Um I wonder where are we on on the spend now? 551. Okay, it's like a money meter counting up, isn't it? Uh I'll say uh any of these PR's mergeable now and not big features. Maybe the fast wins can be merged. Can you do that for me if it's not going to change much. Uh merge into develop of course and not main. Let's just see. I'm I'm curious. For all these um usage credits that uh Claude tag is taking, can it actually do something practical for me? Can it make If it could pick all of those off my list by merging for me, I would say that's great value. And obviously, the more it learns, the less it's going to Oh, it's giving me a thumbs up. This is exciting. Is Claude going to lit- Oh, what? Verifying each targets develop and is conflict free, and then it's going to merge those and report back. If it actually goes ahead and merges Oh, yes, I forgot to tag, but I guess because I'm replying to a thread with Claude, it's picked me up. So, sharp eyes there. Um okay, let's keep our eyes on this because at the moment, if we go to pull requests, what did it say it can merge? 28, 27, 20, and 15. Wow. So, 15 is the tab title deep link routing. Very nice indeed. Uh build queue per agent uh per item agent and model selection. 25, module marketplace. Interesting. Is that 25 that it's pulling in? Is it doing 25? No, 28 and 27 cuz yeah, that's a bit of a bigger pull request. I wouldn't expect it to do that one. Um yes, fix on the fusion module, which is awesome. Hey Gregor, nice to have you in the house. We're going over I know I'll probably see you in the members uh build clinic very soon. We are literally going live in 4 minutes in the community, which is uh incredible. By the way, big shoutout to Matt who's had a win this week. Uh he's introduced something called David, a clinical project came off the back back of him having a stroke. He's built something with AI uh to to help, and it's absolutely incredible. Uh lots of the team uh contributing and building. And there you are, Gregor, in the community. So, maybe I'll see you shortly over here in about 4 minutes, but I'd love this to be a nice uh sort of close the loop here and have my Claude tag uh actually merge those things in for me. If I can literally get Claude to like merge things in and do things autonomously in the Git repo from just a prompt. Uh this makes it all worthwhile, Anthropic. And you can take more of my money. >> [laughter] >> As Anthropic is doing right now. Mhm. Learning lots though. Learning lots, and I hope you are. And uh you're probably really realizing um that this is definitely uh a very much for a team and not for individuals. Now, I've no doubt that Anthropic at some point will probably roll out the Claude tag to individual plans as well. At the moment, it's only teams and enterprise. Um, okay, it's done all that. Has it really merged all those pull requests? Done. All four merged into develop via squash cleanly. No guardrail bypass. What? That is so cool. All confirmed merged. That leaves six open. Boom. Okay, yeah, that's worth it. In 2 minutes. In 2 minutes, Claude tag has literally taken pull request hell off my hands and it only cost me โ‚ฌ6.25. So, like, yeah, that's cool. That's basically like having an employee on your team. Uh, this is not necessarily going to be the cheapest thing. Oh, by the way, when I go off the stream, I definitely have to check um, if my Claude team plan gives me access to Fable because Anthropic's website say I should get Fable if I sign up to a teams plan, which is pretty insane, right? Um, so, um, we'll check that maybe in the build clinic and see if that works. Now, I just wanted to close the loop on this and look at the pull requests on Tank. It said it merged four of them for me. Refresh. And boom, look at that. My queue is looking a lot better. Amazing. Love this. Okay, so now we've got those all closed. Yep, they've been merged in. This is really cool stuff. Um, and Gregor, actually, I think your pull request actually got merged. Woohoo. Amazing stuff. So, let's see what Claude tag did uh, before we leave this. And look at this. Yes, there we go. Claude bot merged this commit. Insane. Absolutely cool. So, there you go. Gregor, you've actually watched in real time a brand new feature from Anthropic released under 24 hours ago merge your pull request. How cool is that? And what a great way to end. I wish I could show you more. Um, suffice to say I am actually building out the team now for Tank Ops inside Tank. It's very meta. I've made this to-do list. Lots done. I've actually already messaged the members who are joining me and we're finalizing the contracting. So, this is this is this is going well. We've ticked a few things off the list during this live stream. An hour, I've merged four pull requests. I've got a new virtual Claude team member. I'm onboarding a couple of people to help out grow Tank and did Claude check the logistically? No, I I think it just blindly merged. >> [laughter] >> Which is a bit of a worry. No, actually I probably do need to set some guard rails. I did actually look at those pull requests earlier and I know they're solid and they're fine, but you're absolutely right to question it. Or as AI would say, you're absolutely right to push back. Uh right now, we're about to go live with the build clinic. This is members only where we'll go deeper on what's happening with AI builds, with Fable, with Claude Tag and everything else. So, I'm going to click into the build clinic in my members only community. If you want to join us all here, there are already members coming into the call. If you want to join us in the call, uh you can join the community. The link is down below. I would absolutely genuinely love to see you there. Um but for now, I'll say goodbye here and I'll stop
