How to Update Visual Studio

hello everyone welcome to the video I am Satya karki I am Microsoft certified trainer Microsoft certified technology specialist and overall I have more than 10 years of professional experience in software development data and blockchain especially using Microsoft Technologies in this video I will demonstrate how we can update visual studio version from running version to the latest one so let's get begin first thing is we have to open the official Studio installer there are some other methods also uh to update the visually studio for today's demonstration I will you um I will demonstrate you how we can update the visual studio using visual studio installer so the first step is to open the visual studio installer once it is openha there we can take the current running version of the visual studio and what is the available version for the update and there will be the one update option that we have to click and the update so let me go and show you the quickly first thing we have to open Visual Studio installer so my visual studio installer is opening so here you can see uh the available hug currently running version in my machine is Visual Studio professional 2022 17.0.1 and here you can see the update is available the current version is the latest version is 17.3.6 so we can update uh from the 17.0.1 to the 17.3.6 so here you can see the different options are available you can modify the visual studio and you can launch the visual studio as well as you can download the inner update and you can repair Visual Studio you can uninstall the visual studio from the visual studio installer itself you can import configuration you can export the configuration and you can do the update setting from here but now we are going to update the visual studio from the running version to the latest version so let's click on the update once you click on the update it asks for how do you want to allow this app to make a changes to your device then click on yes and it starts downloading and once it download how it will install on your machine and you will get the latest version of the easel Studio in your machine this update may take some time so we have to wait until the installation finish so hence in this video we have learned to update the visual studio thank you for watching this video if you have any queries concern please feel free to write in the comment section
