If there is ever a moment that feels like one of those programming scenes in the movies is when you're able to get into the "flow" state while coding. Since coding is something an engineer does most of the day for most days of the week, I've decided to put effort into adjusting my day-to-day, regardless of whether I work from home or from office, so that I could get into a flow of coding. Improving my performance aside, doing so showed me how much time I've wasted on context switching from checking the phone, or being distracted in any other way.
