hi in one minute i will go over stock pitch for spin master um like commonly asked ib interviews first describe the company for example this company's a toy manufacturer in you know n a europe asia pacific and they sell primarily to retailers um next describe the industry a bit like for example and for the toy industry um you know kind of a discretion consumer product that varies depending on the economy but also when when this was written toys r us were recently liquidated so that was a factor as well go over a couple reasons why i like the stock in this case for example the management team um has done a really great job of going for lucrative international opportunities especially in countries where there's a higher portion of children and there's kind of more interested buying these toys and they also have very highly profitable products with high margins um good to mention a risk once in a while because um you know for example um spin master has performed several acquisitions and there's just some challenges at integrating potentially valuation figure out what the average multiple is in the industry for example in this industry is 27 times um the stock is trading at 16 times so that's that's certainly undervalued and then you know conclude with a few reasons and there you go you have your stock
