WPForms: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpforms-lite/ and OptinMonster: http://optinmonster.com Start by creating a contact form using the WPForms plugin. Go under WPForms, Add New and there will be a popup for creating your form. Add a name you would like for your form and select Simple Contact Form. You will then be able to edit the form how you would like with simple drag and drop. With the form created, we will now need to add the popup functionality to your site.
