Google Workspace: Administrator Essentials is the first course of Exam Prep: Google Cloud Certified Associate Google Workspace Administrator Specialization. The course covers the administration and configuration of core Google Workspace services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, along with managing service integrations. Practical emphasis is placed on implementing automation for efficiency and controlling all aspects of Google Workspace services. Through hands-on demos, participants will gain real-world experience in managing user, resource, and shared drive lifecycles and configuring the diverse suite of Google Workspace applications. The course is divided into two modules, and Lessons and Video Lectures further segment each module. This course facilitates learners with approximately 3:00-3:30 Hours of Video lectures that provide both Theory and Hands-On knowledge. Also, Graded and Ungraded Quizzes are provided with every module to test the ability of learners. Module 1: User and Resource Management in Google Workspace Module 2: Configure and Control Services in Google Workspace This course is designed for IT professionals, system administrators, cloud administrators, and anyone responsible for managing and maintaining Google Workspace environments. - IT Administrator - Technical Support Engineer - Collaboration Engineer - Google Workspace Administrator By the end of the course, learners will be able to: - Design and implement an efficient organizational structure in Google Workspace to optimize administration and service delivery. - Configure, control, and integrate core Google Workspace applications and services to optimize collaboration and productivity for an organization. - Automate routine Google Workspace administration tasks and manage the lifecycle of users, resources, and shared drives.
