[Music] hello everybody we're here at Google Cloud next24 talking about security my name is Nicholas and my name is Alexandra today we're going to talk about three core principles to support infrastructure Security in the cloud first one security guard rails network security and security monitoring and I will talk about the security guard race first and foremost what are we doing we are helping customers defining how they will manage users in the Google Cloud environment so whether they're going to use their existing identity provider or they may be going to choose a Google as their new identity provider when it comes to the second principle in the guardless side of the things is access how are we defining users accessing the environment what are the permissions and the level of access that they can have over to unicas thank you on the network security site the first thing to do is to protect your web application properly and that means using Cloud armor with Cloud armor you'll be able to protect your web application against DDOS attack and any top 10 o vulnerability in your web apps second thing we announced this week at Google Cloud next was Cloud ngf W Enterprise which is providing the capability of blocking threats in line for any workloads whether regardless they are GK or GC and lastly security monitoring we kept two pillars right here first one is as you can see here our security Command Center and what the security Command Center does so it provides you a view of all the misconfiguration vulnerabilities and thread that you have in your environment and most importantly what to do with those vulnerabilities and how you can fix them beside having the security Command Center for your monitoring purposes security wouldn't be without logging we all know that so with the cloud logging we help you store access and pretty much figure it out what you do with the logs whether you want to use a third party tool to ship those logs for the longterm retention or use it for a Sim store or using some of our security Command Center Enterprise tooling which is called Chronicle take it over Nicholas if you want to learn more about how to secure your Cloud infrastructure please please visit cloud. google.com/ security thanks for watching thank you [Music]
