Thank you. >> There are three main modules in Land App, listings, layers, and more as well as the map area search bar and listings filters at the top of your screen. We'll start with finding parcels and viewing their details. Click on the geol location icon to zoom in on the map to your exact location. Pinch to zoom in on the map directly or hit the search bar to search for a specific property by address. Then simply tap on the parcel on the map to see its details. For more information, you can export a PDF property report for the parcel by clicking full report. With the free Land App account, you can export three full reports. With the Land App Pro subscription, you can see the ownership and transaction details and export unlimited reports. If you own or represent land, you can list it for lease or for sale for free on Land App 2. Click create a listing in the upper right corner to get started. There's no fees, commissions, or obligations to accept offers when you list on Land App. Let's move on to the listings module, which hosts nationwide property listings from realtors and land owners. The listings visible on the map screen are the ones that will populate in the list view. Star a listing to favorite and save it or click on a listing to see the details and scroll down for more data. You can apply LandApp's data layers over the listing boundaries by tapping on the map icon and then hitting the layers button in the upper right corner. Going back to the listing details, we can see drop-own menus for more details about the property. The value and risk index scores are proprietary to LandApp, allowing you to see a property's highest and best use and any man-made or environmental risks at a glance, rated on a scale of 0 to 100. Click full report to export a PDF property report for the listing to your email, or click the link icon if you'd like to share the listing link. If you'd like to filter listings and set up email notifications for when new listings are posted, go back to the map view and click the filters icon in the upper right corner. Moving on to the layers module, which is where you can view Land App's nationwide mapbased data layers for free. Tap on a map layer and then hit done and zoom in on the map to view it. For some layers, like the soil layer, you'll see subtabs that you can toggle between on the map. To see the ownership layer, you must subscribe to Land App Pro. This will show you property owner names overlaid on parcels on the map. Finally, we have the more module, which is where you can update your profile and login details, view your saved listings and property reports, and access more resources within our help center.
